Stayed here to visit family and go to Jags game. House is accurate listing. Close to beach and all essential stores you might need.Host was accessible. Only one issue i had was told morning of checking inthat only one guest allowed to visit. I have two nephews who live in Jacksonville beach so was a little awkward. This rule should be on initial listing not day of arrival. Only issue had with house, everything else was great.

Pretty pool

House was very clean, however had things in need of repair. I felt we had to take picture's of the issues so we did not get charged with any repairs. The owner's were on vacation and asked us to send the pictures to them. The gutters were not cleaned out and two big storms came through and gutter debri went into the pool. We have had a pool in the past,so my husband was able to clean the pool multiple times.

Nice beach house!

The house was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The pool and outside area had plenty of room and chairs and umbrellas galore! It was hard to justify leaving when we had all we needed right there. I would definitely stay here again!

It’s a nice place

The house is nice and generally clean, with great potential. However, our experience was mixed due to a few avoidable issues.We paid extra for early check-in, but received an email upon arrival with a long list of unexpected rules. While our group had no problem following them, the tone felt unwelcoming and set a less-than-ideal tone for the stay.Cleanliness was okay, but we found hair in the master shower, and the Blackstone grill was too dirty to use. When we asked for basics like extra trash bags and toilet paper, we were told to supply our own after the limited initial stock ran out. For a house that sleeps 10, this felt inadequate—especially since we had 7 guests. Though the reservation was for 6, we chose this place for its larger capacity because we knew the number could potentially change.Communication was inconsistent. The first response came fairly quickly, but later replies took 5–22 hours, so we didn’t raise further concerns like lights not working or the cleanliness issues.At checkout, we messaged the host as requested and only then received a list of cleanup tasks—too late, as we had already left. Although host did say it was not a problem, earlier notice would’ve helped.Overall, the home is clean and nice, but our stay was affected by a few hospitality issues and delayed communication. With better guest support, and communication this could be an excellent rental.

Amazing Stay with anything you can need!

Groceries and shops are all within a mile, beach is close but the house had it all - snacks/water, any utensil, fire pit and pool! Our family was so grateful for the support to make this milestone memories.

Very spacious and clean, and host was prompt to respond when needed. Perfect location maybe 5 minutes from the beach, beach bar/restaurants and shopping centers. Pool has the perfect setup for sunbathing! We had a wonderful time!

Great but....

The property overall was great! My only few complaints were there wasn't an hand towels in bathrooms and only 1 in kitchen. The dishwasher didn't work properly and there was a broken cabinet in kitchen and the grass needed to be cut badly.

Fun in the sun

We had a great time house was just as photos except pool is smaller then appeared. We had a lot of rain and the driveway floods at the end so we had to wade to our cars and I felt the grass should have been cut in the front and back. Other then that the house was beautiful and clean the pool was great! I’d rent it again for sure and I’m from Jacksonville. Thanks for a great weekend!
