I booked my room a day earlier. I arrived at location and they were full , didn’t matter on my paid reservation???? I missed my conference appointment by the time I had to resolve with Orbitz . And my money was taken and wasnt returned to my account !

Dirty place - inside and out. Whole place in run-down condition. Had nothing in the kitchen. Not even a coffee pot or a cup or a spoon - NOTHING. Tub was so horrible did not even use it. On the positive side. - a/c worked great. Coffee in the lobby was all gone by 9:00. Had only prepackaged muffins and granola bars. Will never use Extended Stay again.

Room was clean and fine. Exterior was dirty, stairwells and walkways had trash and debris, had not been cleaned for days or weeks.

The room was not very clean, lots of hair from a caucasion person everywhere.

I showed up 30 minutes before check-in and they said they would have to charge me $25 for an early check-in for the 30 minutes. When I showed back up at check-in there was a line of 8-10 people with only one front desk associate. While waiting to check-in a cleaning staff person entered and they( the cleaning staff person and front desk) proceeded to complain about co-workers who were supposed to stay on and help check individuals in but left while there was a huge line. The room smelled faintly of smoke and the a.c was not working.

Great location but service was not great. I did not get the room type requested, bed was uncomfortable and room was not e trembly clean

This hotel gave away my reservation and still charged my card after-the-fact after getting me a invoice with zero balance. This is complete fraud they never had a room for us when we arrived.

I've gotten sick I don't know if they come from the mold or they're going to lay Shin or something inside the room my baby also is sick it had to go to the doctor to get inhalers breathing treatments there's not a lot of channels on the television my baby can't even watch cartoon they said they have Cartoon Network they don't since I'm in the room no one's clean my room I cleaned it myself still been here my apartment is not ready until the end of the month and running out of money and didn't have another option this is the cheapest thankful the staff hospitality

I have tried 3 different locations. Every time I stay I see roaches. They are always in the bed! I woke up to one in my hair at the Western Way location

We were hesitant after reading all of the horrible reviews. But we gave it a shot. We were exhausted and used Orbitz at 9pm in their parking lot. The room was perfectly fine. Everything was super clean and smelled clean. Only negative? Would be the pillows weren't as comfortable as home or the Ritz and there is no shampoo in the bathroom. I'm sure that's because it's meant for people that stay longer than one night. We were quite please and relieved.

Horrible experience. Room service will come and disturb for checkout from morning. Room quality is very worst. Please don't go for it.

It was great I felt like a Queen sleeping in the king sized bed

My husband and I live in Jacksonville and was giving an opportunity to get away for the night (without our boys). It was Memorial Day weekend and it was the cheapest hotel we could find quickly. Upon arrival, the lobby was basically a hallway we were a bit confused, but the staff was very nice. The room did have a old smokey or something smell. The bed was pretty firm and we both agree it felt more like a full instead of a queen. It really needs a good deep cleaning, especially in the cracks of the bathroom. Needs a new facelift. No blow-dryer available. THERE IS NOT EVEN AN ICE MACHINE ON THE PROPERTY. Only good thing is the location...across the street from the St. Johns Town Center (google it...good food and shopping)

There was no ice machine, every hotel that I've visited have complimentary ice. The room was no clean there was hair from previous guest on the floor in the corner, the tube drained very slow, so when I took a shower it just filled up over my feet, I wore shower shoes. The room was smoking but due to then saying they didn't have any other rooms available I took it, and was told to come back in the morning and my room would be switched. Clearly the receptionist lied. I could have taken my business elsewhere but due to college week I tough it out. There is kitchen but nothing to cook with no pots and pans. House service did not come service my room for the 3 days I stayed there, the towels needs to be replaced they were hard and dry and have had better days. This hotel needs an overall make over every thing about it was just awful, I will never stay at another Extended Stay America. The name America needs to be taken out, clearly it is no a representation of America.
