We went has a family of six and there was enough room that we didn't feel crowded or uncomfortable. Stayed only one night but we got a chance to go to the beach close location about 20 minutes. Loved the stay

When booking this room, I chose this hotel for the kitchenette that clearly states that fully supplied kitchenette (dishware, dish detergent, etc ) the things essential for an extended stay. Hence the name of the hotel. The outside of hotel was very dirty, overflowing trash cans. The halls and general areas were terrible the carpet was in clear need of replacement, which according to reviews from last year this was supposed to have been completed before now. I was afraid to see what our room would be like. I booked a NONSMOKING room and had been upgraded to a king room that ashtrays and no kitchen items, no tissue, no extra toilet paper and the room had an odd odor. Upon check out I informed the check man of the lacking items and was told that there was no need to have dishes and such so they do not stock them in the rooms, you have to pay extra for these items and he argued with me that there was tissue and extra TP. Very poor professionalism. The night check in person was very polite though the only good thing I can really say about this hotel. We will not stay there again nor will I recommend to others. Very dissatisfied

The hotel wasn't bad, we did get upgraded room. Room was fairly good, we had a kitchen but no dishes, silverware, plates, pot and pans. What a crock!!! If you wanted them you had to get a package we didn't, not sure if it coast or not. Sad

It was an ok stay I ain't tripping I would stay there again in I was in the area

This place feels just like you're at home. Walk in closet, full size fridge and kitchen. Many businesses nearby to fit all your needs. I recommend this place to friends, family, and all reviewers. You will find your home away from home here.

Booked a room just to get into Jax for the July 4th weekend. Customer service was horrible. Room was clean but had a weird smell. There were stains all over the carpets throughout the entire hotel. Then we asked for some plates & utensils (we had a suite w/ a kitchen)...this took 1 hour and still didn't ever receive them. Then we asked for some blankets because my daughter was sleeping on the pull out couch....the lady at the front desk said she will check but she was sure they didn't have any. How does a hotel run out of blankets? Then when we went to sleep, there was tons of hair in the bed...disgusting. When we woke up, my self, my boyfriend and our daughter had bug bites on our legs & feet. We informed the front desk, they said oh we don't have bugs. This was the worst experience ever. I suggest NO ONE stay here. It was filthy and no room service at all! I will never stay with this company again after this experience.

Dirty Walls, Soiled and stained carpets in hallways. Towels, I'm sure at one time where white, but the ones in my room were worn and need to be bleached. I booked this room with a package deal of Hotel/Air/Car and I checked out first thing in the morning and got another hotel. I recommend you bring your own Towels and linens, if you plan on staying at this hotel. I can't for the life of me really staying there ever again. I had better accommodations in Iraq while deployed as a Marine. If you like treasure hunting, I would recommend this place, you would find a hair bush under the bed, along with a Gatorade bottle and lots of trash behind the night stand.

Excellent place to stay for family. The people are very friendly and it has good kitchen and good breakfast

The hotel had a quaint little kitchen and living room which is pet friendly. Although it is an older hotel that could use some updating, which does not produce that "wow factor", it still definitely met all my needs and requirements for a good hotel. I would recommend this hotel.

It was one of the worst experiences that I have had and I will never stay at that location again

plesant however room could have been a little cleaner

This hotel was better than I expected. I got a free upgrade because they were painting. Room was nice, clean, comfortable. Front desk seemed short staffed and was closed one night, forgetting to give me towels I asked for 10 hrs before, but houseman was lovely and accommodating. Would stay again, but kitchen needs review. Not enough utensils or dishes, no paper towels or dish towel, no dish soap, etc

internet service did not work,no toilet tissue in the bathroom.

The first room I got was directly behind the elevator shaft. It took me 2 hours to connect to their wireless network with a number of calls to their tech support people. It turned out to be the elevator that was causing that problem. They gave me a different room (smoking, which I didn't like) and I was able to connect with no problem and at full signal. Even at full signal I was only able to achieve dial up speed levels. The staff and tech support was useless in helping. Each google map page was a tedious ordeal, with some taking up to 5 minutes to download. In addition they charge for connecting to their network. The cleanliness of the room was iffy. The TV only provided about a dozen channels with 5 of them being variations of ESPN. I would never stay there again.

hotel is not downtown, or on the beach, but is convenient to both.In a clean neiborhood. quiet!

The location was convenient to the interstate, but quiet. The bed was comfortable, but there was only one chair for sitting.

Uninterruptive

Worst place I have ever stayed. Outdated furniture, bed was hard as a rock and non smoking rooms still smelled from nearby smoking rooms.

The only concern that we had was the strong smell of citrus cleaner was hard on the sinus's to the point of congestion. It would be hard on elderly and/or persons with allergy issues. Other than that, the staff was very professional and the room was very clean with many immenidies.

The hotel seem a good hotel for long stays. I didn't like that you have to pay extra for cleaning the room. and on the bathroom they didn't give any extra shampoo, just soap. and you have to go down to the checkin counter for more toilet paper, towels, or soap. I don't recommend this hotel for anyone who traveling for vacation and relaxing.
