Pretty good, not great

We rented this condo for a week stay in mid-May. While the condo is pretty nice, there are things future renters need to be aware of before booking this property.The condo itself is pretty accurate to the photos however here are the things you should be aware of:Pros: Nice beds, nice view but the patio is super small. You can really only have 4 people on the patio. The furniture is fine, not new but clean.Cons: The condo needs spruced up. The kitchen faucet is a joke; it's basically broken and just hangs there. The kitchen utensils and pots/pans are very basic. Some of the towel holders in the bathrooms are falling off the wall. The bathroom in Bedroom 2 has a tub that is dangerous because they haven't bothered to put any anti-slip stickers on it, so BEWARE! They also only provide only one towel per person. I had to ask for a few extra and they brought them. We only had 3 beach towels for 5 people.Lastly, a big con. This is not fault of the property owner but renters need to be aware that this condo is in a much older complex and it's just OK, at best. The elevator broke down on the 2nd day and we had to climb up and down 6 flights of stairs for 2.5 days. One of the local residents there says it happens a lot. The grills are the OLD style charcoal grills!!! What, why haven't those been upgraded to gas grills? The pool aren't heated but I don't think that is common in FL. If you can find a unit next door at Ocean Place, stay there instead.

Great View and Beach Access

The property was great! It was spacious with an awesome view. We evacuated from Tampa for Hurricane Milton and were able to check in 1 hour early. Only disappointment was the tile floors and throw rugs were dirty and black hairs all over the master king bathroom floor. Would be nice if more cleaning accessories were available.

We have stayed at the surf and racquet club no less than 20 times. This is one of the nicest condos in the whole complex! I would highly recommend booking!

This condo has it all.

This condo has it all. The view is awesome. It’s been totally renovated with great bathroom upgrades and new cabinets throughout. From the fully stocked kitchen to the great linens and towels, they’ve thought of everything. And the view, have I mentioned the view, especially from the unique and fun and comfortable window seat.

Amelia Beach and racquet A129 is absolutely beautiful, pictures don’t do it justice. The view is amazing. Stay better vacations is our go to for vacation rentals. There is no better company in my opinion. Response times are amazingly fast, they make you feel as if you are the only and most important renter they have. We always have a wonderful trouble free vacation. I cannot thank Stacie and the crew for an affordable worry free vacation every time we rent from them.
