We just spent four weeks at this property. Great location and well equipped house, including kitchen items for cooking and consuming. Host was very responsive on any questions we had during our stay. Beds super comfortable with nice bedding. Deck was an excellent place to hang out in sun or shade with space and comfortable furniture. You can see and hear the ocean from the deck, which was really nice. Short walk to the community recreation center if you are looking for a fitness room or lap swimming pool.

Starting with the incredible view from the back deck straight out to the ocean waves, then inside to the super comfortable beds this place was great. Gracious host helped me with multiple changes in my plans, made everything seamless. Highly recommend if you love the beach and the sounds of waves washing ashore!

Location was great. Was smaller than we expected. Also the downstairs is not connected to the upstairs so having to walk outside to access upstairs is not ideal. Don’t remember that in property description.

Excellent Amelia location

Our guests were unable to join us but we loved our stay. The location provided walking access to two excellent restaurants and miles of beach for walking.

Stay on the beach for business

Very nice place for four people to stay on the beach while in Fernandina Beach on business. Great sunrise views. Safe place to walk to nearby park and restaurants. Stable wifi connection. Would stay here again.

Beautiful and tranquil beachside getaway!

We absolutely loved this beach house! Hard to find but we waved down instacart and Uber eats drivers! This place was absolutely perfect for our needs and had beautiful sunrises from our deck while drinking coffee in our pj’s! Walking distance to the Sandbar restaurant which we loved also and minutes by car to everywhere else! We will be back!

Quiet stretch of beach. No more than 10 minutes from town, parks, and good dining. We will be returning whenever possible.

We had a great stay here, the place has everything you need and more.

We had a great stay here, the place has everything you need and more. Plenty of linens and kitchen ware for the whole crowd. The location is wonderful, you can hear and see the ocean from the back sliding doors. There are 2 nice bars/restaurants within a very short walk. When we come back into the area we would love to stay again.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house is comfortable and cozy. Love the location! Just need closet or dressers downstairs to store clothes in. But it is a great house!

Great Home in a Great Location

This house was perfect for us. We came to town to open the Christmas Store Downtown and it was a close proximity which was great. Being Oceanfront to enjoy the ocean breezes from the deck was perfect after the long work days. The space was great. Highly recommend.

We love this place!

This is our second time staying here and we’ll definitely be back! It’s such a great location. Even on a holiday weekend, the place felt quiet and the beach was not crowded. It was a hot weekend, so the under deck area was a great retreat from the for the kids to play. And the upper deck is great for evenings in the summer. It was so nice to see the beach and sunrise from the deck. Great stay!

A great little find!

Our family and doodles enjoyed this property! The owners supplied many needed items with the house and the large fenced in deck was perfect for dogs. The beds were very comfortable! The house is old- therefore, naturally musty; however, not enough to keep us from coming back!

What a great place. Been to Fernandina Beach many times and the views from this house were best.

Beds very comfortable and all well stocked. Ample parking, great neighbors and right on the beach. There for daughter's wedding on Family farm nearby and just loved this property. Very responsive and accommodating ownership. Clean two kitchens. Great for being together and some privacy if you want it. Great Great Place
