Close to Sunshine park and the beach - surrounded by other homes while very private.

You can bike to the beach(bikes not provided), walk to park, Ubers are a plenty as well if you don’t have a car.

Pool has a door that can be locked from house out to pool area. There is no safety gate out by the pool for kids. Kids will have to be supervised at all times.
