was informed the indoor pool was out of order. • Upon arrival I was informed the hot tub was out of order • Upon entering my room, the thermostat only allowed the room to a maximum temperature of 70 degree’s – it was 11 degrees’ outside, and my room was chilly at best. • The fireplace only allowed you to keep it on for 20 minutes on a timer – the timer was so loud you could not use it night it was so noisy. • The shower the 1st night was only at best Lukewarm, halfway into my shower it went cold I had to rush to rinse off, while I was shivering, then getting out the room was also cold. • The safe that I went to use was not working. • The TV remote did not work at all, you would have to scroll through channel 1 ,2,3 then channel 2,1,2,3 then 3,1,2,3 and so on if you wanted to watch the news which was on channel 41.2 it took forever if you wanted to watch a different channel you would have to go through that process each and every time, I called the front desk they said they did not know how to operate the TV. • The couch in the living area the cushions were jacked up it was so uncomfortable the only way to watch TV was in your bed. • As I stated I paid for Monday and Tuesday, after Monday night, I left and drove to Montana where I had a pleasant experience. • I was such a terrible experience I will probably never go back to Jackson Hole, which is a great town, but the accommodations were so bad……………………………. • Now I have to follow up for 2 days to receive certificate, still no c

Very nice hotel near town center. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast is serviced in the main building, that was decent. I had a king bed room that was located across the main building and had easy access. The room was clean and housekeeping was offered daily. Highly recommend

Nice hotel, with nice room and the employe are nice to. I recommand and I will come back for sure. You can walk to the downtown Jackson. For Jackson Hole resort de take our car to the free parking in Stilson after a free bring us in the moutain.

Great location close to great restaurants in town and super shuttle service back and forth to the mountain resort. Rooms are comfortable, quiet, and clean. Good breakfast too with fresh eggs and bacon not microwaved garbage you get in other hotels. Super nice staff they are all very helpful and aim to please. Will definitely stay there on my next trip out there maybe late summer!
