Overall good stay and good value for the money. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly! My biggest complaints are about comfort- the beds were horrendous and if you are like me and don’t sleep well already, this may not be the best place to stay. Stiff, springy mattresses and flat/lumpy pillows need updating. The temperature in the room was difficult to control as well- it was either way too hot or too cold, that could’ve been user error though. Finally, the WiFi just didn’t connect most of the time to my devices.

Amazing experience, house manager, Paz was one of a kind, my son got sick, she and her staff did everything that they possibly could to help us. We felt at home and taken care of.. cannot wait to come back and tell my friends about the Alpine Hosue as well! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend!! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Our fireplace wasn’t working in our room so they upgraded our room so we could have a working fireplace. The whole place was comfy and cozy. Breakfast was the best continental breakfast we have ever experienced!! Located near the town square so we were able to walk around easily. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay next time we are in Jackson!!
