How spacious the hotel suite was
Clean and nice staff the room was nice and as expected since I have stayed with them before.
Our room was not clean at all. The floor was sticky and trash leftover from previous rental. The sofa bed mattress was very stained in multiple spots. There wasn't any extra bedding for sofa. Single set of towels and wash clothes. Shower head was broken.
Great staff!! Love the two bedroom that i stayed in. Very clean rooms.

After a drive from FL with a toddler in the car, although they showed my reservation, they did not have any rooms available, they were full. Desk person did attempt to find a room next door, but I ended up jumping on computer and finding a hotel that worked for my family, as I had some specific needs, which is why I originally booked this hotel. I was extremely disappointed in the situation and how it was just not really a big deal to the check in clerk...attitude seemed to be "it happens".
Great trip. Hotel was clean . I was there for a PGA golf qualifier.
Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean. Nice having the full size fridge. Rooms are small, with the couch folded out there isn't much room left. Location is great, almost right off the interstate. Love the suite style rooms - kids in one room, parents in the other.
My stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The staff was very accommodating. Under similar circumstances I would stay there again, without hessitation.
