I got there late at night after a 12 hour drive to find out that the lady in charge gave my room away. I had to find a different hotel. She gave me a ton of attitude and acted like she was doing me a favor. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time in any industry.

I had to wait over a hour for a clean room even though i had a paid reservation. The room had an overwhelming smell of marijuana. The pillows had midew-like stains all over them. We packed our bags and left within 10 minutes of entering the room.

Went to property to check in at about 1030pm and all check in staff was missing n on wall was a phone number for the manager. U had to call the manager to check in.
