The staff were great. The hotel is undergoing a much needed renovation. Hallways are dark and carpet is stained. Bed is not very comfortable. The room was very clean and they did serve breakfast.

Arrived at 2pm, room not ready, told it would be upon my return. Attended a football game and returned to check in at 745, told there were no suites available, out of service, requested I cancel my reservations and reserve another room from them at the same price for a standard room, since they’d cancelled my reservations I drove 100 miles home because of this issue, never again

When arrived, I had to wait about 10 minutes to someone come to check in. There was no hot breakfast, one of the reasons I had chosen Holiday Inn, and not even bagas to take out some food.

My sink in the bathroom was leaking but other then that I would love to stay there again

This place is disgusting. Had to switch rooms bc first one had roaches and a broken. Second room not much better. Heat not working properly. Blackout curtains that don’t black out. Everything sticky. We ended up sleeping in our regular clothes and didn’t take shoes off until the second we were getting into bed.

I was pleased with the hotel location, cleanliness, and staff. Overall gets 2 thumbs up.

It was easy to exit and enter the Interstate. The hotel staff was friendly and both check in and check out was quick and painless. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Great Experience staff was wonderful and hospitality was on point

the room had that dingy, worn out, hotel room smell. the breakfast was average. the people/staff are exceptional. way over priced for the room quality.

The staff was very friendly ,and helpful , the Hotel was vey clean also.

Very nice rooms and god service. Wood stay there again when passing through.
