Enjoyed the stay in Jackson. Downtown Jackson is very nice and I felt very secure.

The entire hotel experience was excellent. Very attentive staff. Excellent room service and accomodations

THIS WAS A GREAT LOCATION FOR ME. WE WERE IN TOWN FOR ONE OF THE BIGGEST RIVALS OF FOOTBAL FOR HBC AND WE HAD ACCESS TO EVERYTHING. THIS WAS A WONDERFUL HOTEL AND I ENJOYED MY STAY

I went with a friend who was there for a family function. The room was nice and the staff helpfull. There are not any clubs or places to eat near by, had to drive to find food. Over all a good experience.

Beautiful upscale hotel right around the corner from the Governor's Mansion. Rooms were pristine and beds were extremely comfortable. Loved the individual coffee maker in the room. Wonderful place to relax after a long day or week.

All-around excellent service. Friendly and attentive

Hotel staff in the evening was unfriendly and unhelpful. She took three personal phone calls to friends while checking me in, asking me to hold on each time. Then vanished to the back room at one point for some purpose unknown to me. I felt like I was imposing by asking her questions about breakfast and parking. When I checked out another person was on duty. She was friendly. However, there was another business traveler there who was VERY upset. It seems that the evening staff had misplaced the keys to his rental car they vallet parked for him. He had been waiting for 30 minutes while they looked and was going to be late to his morning meeting as a result. I don't think I would stay here again.

The staff greeted us and were very helpful. The Hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. The rooms were spacious and spotless.

Pretty good hotel. Hotel has everything you want in a hotel in a great location. The room were a bit smaller than expected, but big enough to enjoy.

Friendly service as soon as we arrived at the hotel.Beautiful lobby and very nice rooms.

I attended a meeting a few blocks away. I was excited because I had a great room rate. However, the unexpected parking fee and charge for internet service felt like hidden fees that ruined that feeling. Really... how can you charge for internet in this day and age? They were nice enough to let us check in a little early and the bed slept great.

Staff was very friendly. Room was very nice and clean. However, parking was an additional unexpected fee.

We went to a wedding and reception it was perfect... There was not one thing missing....Marice, Michael and the new bellman were excellent.....very helpful and courteous. It was an wonderful getaway..

Absolutely nothing to do outside of hotel. Completely abandoned area. no shops no restaurants. Hotel was very pretty in itself, though. Check-in was rushed and we were hurried through, and sort of dismissed. i had to ask directions to room. Staff at lobby bar sent me upstairs to closed restaurant to find someone to get a coffee. Nothing stand-out about this hotel. Nice comfy room, clean. Good value if all you want is a nice place to sleep. We have to go back to Jackson in 2 weeks and will try another hotel in nearby Pearl - lots of stores, restaurants & places to walk to safely.

The hotel had a problem accessing my Orbitz reservation. Because of the delay they comped 2 breakfast buffets.
