Last minute change in plans got me to this hotel and I had a great room with the appreciative manager and staff. Good coffee waiting in the lobby. Modern, updated look in the room with comfortable bed. Mini-fridge was appreciated for keeping drinks cold for the next day's drive. Good hot breakfast as well.

One of the nicest hotels in Jackson, especially for the price. We stayed here two nights and it was only $110 a night. Rooms were very clean, and very spacious. The continental breakfast was great and had a lot of variety on the breakfast bar. The customer service was very nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel!💞

The hotel check in was easy and staff polite. Our king suite smelled like mildew thank God we had febreeze. The room was clean but the shower door wasn't functioning properly. After a 11 hour drive I was too tired to complain because the staff wasn't always at the front desk. I awoke at three am and upon getting out of bed stepped down into standing water. Several inches from what appeared to be the air conditioning unit malfunctioning. I began drying off my bags and getting dressed. When i got downstairs i made myself some coffee and had breakfast as the family finished packing and dressing. I went to checkojt and there was the sign saying we sgepped away for urgent business.....the urgent business was a conversation.out by the pool with friends. Got the rest of my belongings loaded and waited to check out. Informed the lady of the smell and leak.amd the need for maintenance and she said she was.sorry could.she get me a bottle.of water for the inconvenience. No one wants water after waking up in it and drying their belongings. Please take some time to consider your customers rather than rush back to your urgent conversation.

Stopped here recently on a trip back from Texas. The hotel is ideally located. It is very clean and updated. The staff were more welcoming and the breakfast was great. My one disappointment was the restaurants near there. We had a disastrous experience and I wish we had been able to leave a comment for other guests.

First, my room and the hotel were clean and decently kept. BUT after that, nothing much good: (a) hotel bathrooms have a backup toilet paper roll, mine did not, (b) breakfast was a joke--out of fresh fruit by 8:30 for a breakfast going until 10:00, never replenished; oatmeal out by 9:00, never replenished; pretty skimpy overall in variety, and then by 9:30 they were packing up and putting things away--on top of all that a very tiny seating area, (c) the cleaning staff lined up their cleaning carts to completely block your path from your room to the elevator, and (d) once you select to connect to the Internet for 24 hours in the evening, you should not have to do it again the next morning. Collectively, as a Marriott Platinum Elite member, this was not a good choice for me.

My first impression of the hotel was not great. As I was getting checked in there was a hotel rules list that some guest have to sign. (I was not asked to sign.). They must of been remodeling. The elevator door ways were not painted and had patchy sections around them. There was not smoke detector in our room. There was a spot for one. It was just missing. They did have a decent continental breakfast with all your hotel regulars waffles, 2 meats, 2 eggs, oatmeal, cold cereal and assorted juices.

Our family of 6 stayed in this facility as a mid-way point between our home and the beach. It was clean and comfortable, but we had to get two rooms bc they couldn't accommodate my family of 6. One room had a fridge & microwave but the other did not, even though all were advertised to have these basics. The phone didn't work in one of our two rooms and the a/c quit working in the other room. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was ok but minimal, mostly carbs. Kids enjoyed indoor pool, but it was cold water. We chose a different location for our half-way point back home from the beach. We expected a little better from the Marriott name.

The Hotel was pretty typical of others in the chain, clean and the beds were comfortable, breakfast was ok, but not memorable. It is what it's supposed to be, a reasonable priced stop. It is surrounded by popular restaurants which is useful.

This place is a joke. This is what the showerhead looks like in my room. It is so nasty and a health hazard. See picture of toilet wall....look left; those two small spots on wall are blood. The current GM has not called me back on my issues yet. The sheets were ripped in the bed and the front desk personnel are using cut up pages of customer information as scrap paper. On May 8th, I had asked for the GM's card and the front desk person said that the new GM did not have cards yet. The front desk person (Leah) provided me with the GM's Name (Jackie) on a cut up scrap piece of paper and on the back of it was the names, Marriott Rewards Membership levels (if any), bed/room type preference, and other information on people that had checked out on the 7th. I wouldn't want my information given out to other people. I have notified Marriott Customer Care and they are looking at it. I have many pictures of this terrible experience and other unresolved issues in their rooms.

The front desk was very courteous, friendly, and professional at check-in and later when we sought local information. The room and building were spotless and the staff around the facility were also friendly and courteous. One slight drawback was that the room keys would not open the side doors, so we had to use the front door to get in, even though our room was by the side door. Also had to haul luggage to the lobby, rather than out the side door.
