I was very disappointed due to roaches in the kitchen and very nasty stains on the pull out bed

Overall it is good for the money. Nice location. The carpet was a bit dirty. Smoky smell in a nonsmoking room

I have stayed at this hotel before where I had a bigger room and better amenities. This time I had to take a smaller room where there was still a smoky smell in the hallway. But I really appreciated having the kitchenette. However, adding a small table to serve as a desk made it a rather tight squeeze and I was very disappointed that the TV did not offer the local PBS station.

will recommend others who want to stay at decent price for long times

Everytime I get a room I pick.extend stay.because they are great to me and it the best hotel.

The hotel was great and I would go back again it was a perfect night

This extended stay hotel just over County Line Road was in a perfect location for me. Right off Hywy 55 and, therefore, close to everything if you have a car, which I did. THey even have a small pool good for a few short laps. THe room was great, could use a new rug -- and bring your own hangers. But the bathroom was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. Indeed, I will stay there again on my next trip to Jackson.

Service at the hotel was very good and friendly. It is rundown however, and could use a renovation. But you can't beat the location and the amenities (a mini- kitchen) at that price! Also, there was no street noise.

My stay at the hotel was great. I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. Only thing i would change is more tv channels.

Arrived at the hotel around 11pm on a late check in. The desk lady on our arrival was extremely courteous and helpful. When we got to our room and opened the door we were met with a rather nasty smell. The desk clerk that checked us in got off at 11 and there was nobody at the desk to talk to. There was a number to call but we decided to tough it out and deal with it the next day. The next day we found that the trash had not been emptied from the previous guest and it contained rotten food and beer cans containing what we hope was stale beer. The carpet was filthy, the bathroom toilet would not flush well at all and leaked. The kitchen area was very dated and not very clean. In the end we checked out a full 2 days early and went elsewhere even though the room was pre-paid for 3 nights. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone [...].

The room was decent for the price. We were in twon for a wedding and did not feel like driving back late. It is close to alot of business. However, that night my spouse and I awoke to couple WALKING INTO OUR ROOM. The staff had somehow managed to give our room out to someone else only 2 hours after we checked in. Then after my husband went downstairs to straighten it out, she disabled our card and he had to return back downstairs. She half-heartedly apologized and we were not offered anything for having our privacy completely violated. The other couple stated they had spent an hour attempting to get a room. So my advice to all is pay extra and stay somewhere with competent staff.

This was a short overnight trip. After staying in Studio Plus Hotels for Hurricanes Katria and Gustave, I have decided these are the only places to stay. I was there only overnight with a friend. We were on our way to Canton, MS for the October Flea Market. I plan to call this Studio Plus the next time I have to evacuate for a hurricane. My only complaint would be that this particular location did not have an elevator and included steps to all guest rooms.

Studio Plus was not exactly what I was expecting. The full kitchen was nice, but the bed was not comfortable. When I walked into the room the cover for the light was on the floor. The desk was broken. The sofa was dirty and worn. The location is convenient but the room needs to be redone.

I stayed at Studio Plus for the first time a few years ago on a family trip. I like the room because of its space and kitchenette. My son likes to take microwave popcorn to have for late night snacks and we don't have to worry about taking a cooler to keep his juice cool. We always try Studio Plus first because it accommodates us as a family and make us feel more at home and not so congested.
