I think that the parking lot needs arrows to show how people should drive. I got stuck with another driver around the back of the building
Sheets and tiweks were dirty and had hairs still in them. Floor was dirty and bathroom sink wasnt clean
I came in running from Hurricane Irma with my service dog. The night we came in I was in the shower and left my dog out of the shower with my friends who were with me. The manager who had to walk in the room because the TV was not working, alleged that my 5lbs teacup dog attacked him cause she was greeting him. I heard the noices so i came out of the shower and asked him directly if there was a problem and he wouldnt talk to me but to the only male in the room who has no knowledge of the type of service dog nor the trainning and doesnt speak english.
Not what I expected. Would not stay there again. Had to ask for the room to be cleaned, towels etc.
Pillows too soft. Door access key was nonoperational upon issuance.
It fine for an over night stay, but lights did not work and you couldn't adjust the heat temperature, not enough towels and the pillows were horrible.
Clean and comfy beds. Decent for the price.able to book on short notice.
You get what you pay for. Sheets had stains, bathroom leaked and the breakfast...what was floating in the apple juice?? Don't stay here!!
Rooms smell like mold, owners were not overly friendly, but helpful. It definitely did the job for the cheap rate. Smoking and non smoking were not seperated properly. But if you are looking for something cheap and don't mind those types of things, it works.
It wasn't bad, but was just a cheap motel. It wasn't what I expected.
I arrived late, around 7pm. I paid online so everything was ready when I got there....no problem with the check-in process. They offered free Wi-Fi, I didn't even have to ask. The room was facing I-20, so it was a little loud at times. If I stay there agian, I will ask for a room on the side away from the interstate. The only strange thing was there were no knobs on the heating/cooling unit when I got to the room. I called down to the desk and someone was up in only minutes to resolve the problem. The room was clean and free of odors. There are many places to eat nearby too. Check out was a breeze too. I wouldn't mind staying there again.
Room was clean, but on the second day towels were not changed. Freeway noise was loud. Could not remove hearing impaired messages from TV. Area is not the best location. Will choose another place to stay next time I am in Clinton.
It was a very good location to get to the places I had to go. Very clean rooms and helpful staff.
The owners were great even though we did not check in until 2am. Gave us a free upgrade, extremely nice people. Great place to stay for the money. Very convenient, right off the interstate but did not hear noise from highway. Starbucks right out front as well as Taco Bell,. McDonalds and several stores.
