Was put in wrong room 202 after paying for Executive Suite due to having 4 adults 1 child. Was then moved to 215 which was a very nice room except had no linens for the sofa bed in the room

One night stop over with kids. Loved the cookies in the lobby. Awesome pancake machine and other hot breakfast items. Firm and soft pillow options. Comfy beds.

We needed somewhere to stay on our trip to Savannah and this hotel was a great place to stay with indoor pool and free breakfast.

This was about our half way point on heading down to the gulf. Stayed here overnight on our way down. Had a great dinner in town. Rooms were well kept and clean. Staff was extremely friendly and the morning breakfast is always nice to get you on the road for the second leg of a trip. Would recommend to any overnight traveler.

All over great experience. The staff was great. The breakfast was hot and fresh. It was quiet and clean. I enjoyed it.

safe location and convenient to stay for a few nights. The bed was too soft though i dint ask for a replacement room, i couldn't sleep quite well on that

We stayed at this Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites on the final night of a 10-day trip where we stayed five nights at three other hotels. The other hotels were great; this one, not so much. First off, the nightly rate was double what we paid elsewhere for nearly exact rooms. Why hotels in Clinton, MS are so expensive is beyond me. Pricing aside, the hotel experience was not good. The staff didn't seem very happy to be there, and this was very noticeable since we just stayed at three hotels with great staff. Second, we ended up in a handicap accessible room adjacent to the lobby. This led to a very noisy room when we checked in, but the best (or worst) was yet to come. We decided to sleep in and skip the complimentart breakfast. However, starting at the crack of dawn, the noise coming from the breakfast room right across from our hotel room was unbelievable. Sleeping was out of the question. This left us in a foul mood and we will seek a different room if we are located in such a place in the future.

The front desk staff are some of the best I have ever had the pleasure of meeting . Carolyn is one of the friendliest and one of the reasons we will return to this location
