Love the unit honestly. They just need to take care of it a lil better. Have someone sweep and mop after guest leave. ( I can tell it isn’t done routinely ).Tell guest to bring towels, or provide more. Make it clear that the unit is in the cohen brother building. The hallway to the unit smelled like urine. The unit itself didn’t stink tho. AND THEY NEED TO EXTERMINATE THAT POSSOM THAT SLEPT OUTSIDE MY WINDOW EVERY NIGHTEverything else 10/10 location,style, comfortability ,etc.

great location for downtown access. fine for a short stay. all the appliances work but a lot of kitchen stuff was sticky. AC was good but VERY loud. vines growing through window in the back bedroom so some insects got inside too. room wasn't ready at scheduled check in time because previous visitor checked out late.

Our stay was great! The property is affordable and private. We had to clean the property upon arrival but we would have done that anyway. Overall a nice place, the property owner responded timely to requests and we were able to have a nice last family dinner together for a while. Thank you!
