Great deal for money! Beds and pillows could be upgraded But complimentary happy hour was great

Not what I expected. Hotel need to be updated, bathroom too small. Only positive nice friendly staff , decent breakfast and security in which was good due to the high crime rate in the city.

The rooms were clean . the staff was friendly and check in was fast and efficient.

Nice stay. Will use this hotel again. Hotel lobby is cozy. Convenient location to great restaurants and convention center.

This property was cozy. The staff was great, from the front desk clerks to the maintenance guy. The a/c unit did not get the room cool as I would like to, but that was ok. The breakfast was nice, the bathroom was really small. This was my first time visiting Mississippi, I would definitely stay at this property again.

Great location, poor upkeep. The bathtub had a large ring of rust around the drain. The door was splintering. The plate on the lock was missing screws.

Outdated. Moldy smell. Bathroom horrible with rust around the drain, mold around the commde

I needed a nice hotel close to the hospital and found this one online. When I arrived it was much nicer than I had thought it was going to be. Rooms were clean and very decent. The only downside is that there was no fridge or microwave in the room, but I managed. Breakfast was great and free! Also, although it didn't seem to be needed but, there is a security guard(s) on duty 24/7 which I thought was awesome. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Cabot is a convenient, comfortable hotel next to the Millsaps campus. The large common area with plenty of couches, chairs, tables, fireplaces, and bar always has room for visiting with friends or escaping the weather. Nothing fancy. Great price.

Great staff. Wonderful main area in lobby and a solid, complimentary breakfast buffet. "Lodge" decor very soothing. Good security. Centrally located to head toward any point in Jackson, Flowood, Pearl, Canton or Vicksburg. Fondren District and the University Medical Center (heaven forbid) less than a minute away by car. And, when on sale, the nightly rate's a steal.

I just needed a place to rest my head after getting into Jackson late. The Cabot Lodge exceeded my expectations. It was cozy and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly. Some renovations and updating might be necessary soon for the rooms but everything seems to be well maintained nonetheless. Overall great stay.

We love the atmosphere, the roaring fire place, the happy hour and comraderie with the other guests. The only complaint I have is the perfumed spray that the cleaning crew spray in the rooms. My allergies go wild with burning nose and eyes and eventually a headache. The spray needs to be LIGHT at best. Wonder if you have rooms where they don't spray with scent? Next time I will ask. Also the bathroom floor needs to be mopped daily to keep it from being sticky from hairspray, etc.

I stayed here while interviewing for a residency position at UMMC. It was comfortable hotel at a reasonable price, walking distance to the medical center and there was a Wendy's right in front of the hotel. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. It was a pleasant experience for my overnight stay.

The best location near college. Very nice seating G in the lobby breakfast the best

The beds were nice, staff friendly but the bathrooms had rust stains and mold in some cracks of grout. Buffet was 50/50 and I expected a lot better. Had $30 in coupons making it worth paying what we did. With out coupon not worth full price.

Positive: Hotel honored the promotional discount rate. It was a good thing that the hotel was close to the event and we did not have to drive. It was in walking distance. Breakfast bar was ok. Negative: We were disappointed in the overall smell of the hotel. The carpet in our room was so dirty and black we were afraid to walk or sit anything down on it. Large breakfast area with plenty of chairs but need more dining tables to eat on when large amount of guest are there at the same time.

Bed was comfortable, but bathroom was unusually small. Breakfast is great.

I stayed at this Hotel 16 years ago and they are still my favorite to stay at when I go to Jackson, MS. It is very close and convenient to Belhaven University as well has the Airport. I LOVE staying here and the Breakfast are wonderful as is the Happy Hour.

Clean rooms at a great price in the heart of the Metro city.

Great place to stay especially if wanting to stay near medical campus. Easy to get to
