Me and my wife booked this hotel to experience the wonders of Çeşme. This was the first hotel after our marriage and it was the beginning of our honeymoon. I regretted every moment of our stay. We were aware it was off season when we came (October 8th). We actually wanted it to be less crowded and did not mine if we miss out on a few things, however I cannot express my distaste for this place. Out of the 3 days we were to stay, the water was off half the time. When questioned about it all they said is it does that sometimes. I should be back on after 4 PM (we asked this after it was after 4 PM in the first place, it came back on after 8 PM). The pool was being remodeled or extensive work was being done. The breakfast and dinners were horrible. Our first night there the cooks left early causing issues with the menu (It was suppose to be open buffet but there was none). Construction inside the building was also being done at the same time causing much noise and discomfort, especially early mornings. The entire time I was there I could not connect to the WiFi. We ended up actually leaving earlier than scheduled without a second thought. Maybe we came at the worst possible time, but I cannot just give this place a great review. I have stayed at some pretty bad hotels before but has to be the worse experience I have ever had.

My husband, 4yr old daughter and I visited this hotel late september as a last minute booking. We were slightly disappointed that we got the ground floor room near the reception which had a view of the storage and hotel office. However the supervisor and staff were extremely helpful and friendly especially Seline and Peline. Without Seline we would have not made the most out of our trip and she spoke english- double bonus! Thank you Seline! The breakfast had a lot of variety although I preferred the good old toast and tea. We asked for warm milk for my daughter but most of the time they were not able to provide this. The hammam is free and I had a body exfoliation and massage which lasted 90 mins and only cost £26 with a 30% discount- it was just what I needed all thanks to Ahmed who provided the fantastic service. The pool area is lovely with a small pool for kids which my daughter loved. Because it was quiet season we had the pool area to ourselves most of the time. The hotel is located near a marina alongside some restaurants and small shops but we preferred to catch the 15 min bus ride to Cesme which only cost £1 per person as there was more food variety and was slightly busier. Overall the hotel is in a lovely quiet location 90 mins away from Izmir airport overlooking a harbour. So if you are looking for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle then this is perfect for you.

Don't ever book this Hotel. Our room overlooked the concrete entrance porch with views of a building under construction. Noisy, balcony unusable! Asked to be moved, not done. Asked to see the manager, Not seen, promises made but not kept. Reception staff laughed behind our back, no intention to do anything to change our room despite people leaving. What they didn't realise is that we speak fluent Turkish and could understand all that was said. Shower leaking but useable, Small room. Food average buffet style. Do yourself a favour and avoid this hotel.

Just i booked it for weekend, when i got my room i felt surprised, its on the GF and it looks totally differant from the pictures on the site and the social media, small room, even i told them that its single use, but they gave me room with 2 single beds!!! no view, no amenities, even no kettle and water, when i asked them they told me that is available in the suites only, bad internet connection, it was a bad experience, ofcourse i wouldn't stay again there, and i never recommend it.

Try to get the rooms with the view of the marina. Nice quiet area. Breakfast was open buffet, had a lot of the standard Turkish breakfast, olives, jams, fruit. Was disappointed that their hot food on offer was non existent. Rooms are are little dirty and outdated and are due for a renovation.

Cok güzel, oda service eniyi. Very friendly, delicious breakfast, Rooms very clean, Any problem, the service helps at once. View to the harbour, very quiet, excellent staff, including gym, including Restaurant and very clean pool.

We had one night stay here in the winter time and was pleasantly surprised. Very clean and modern with happy, helpful staff. The breakfast was just great and set us up for the rest of the day. I can imagine in the summer season its a lovely place to stay.

We found this little gem when we drive around Çeşme. The hotel is in perfect location. Beautiful fishing village .staff and hotel.itself great restaurants and spa.rooms very clean.highly recommended..

Positives: Outstanding service by the staff everywhere (reception, concierge, restaurant, pool, etc.), excellent breakfast, very nice dinner, large outdoor pool, very good facilities, super clean, free shuttle to the beach club, free beach club passes, 7 minute drive from Cesme itself. Negative: Internet reception in rooms is bad. We had two rooms: in one room the Internet barely worked (signal too weak), and in the other it didn't connect at all (signal non existent). This was surprising, because in public areas the Internet speed was very fast. The hotel must make its Internet coverage in rooms better.

This is a nice hotel with fairly well maintained rooms. Pool is a decent size, and water was super nice and warm when I was there in May. Majority of the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, which is pretty much the standard in Turkey from my experience. Air-conditioner didn't work, as their season starts in June, so if you like your room to be cool, you might not be too happy during warm May days. Hot water in the shower seems to be going on and off every minute, which made the showers not so enjoyable. Also, at night time I heard lots of noise coming from the lobby what it seemed to me, and I was on the 3rd floor. So I'm not sure about their soundproofing. Overall, it's a decent hotel with a very good breakfast; there definitely was a variety and something for everyone's taste served for breakfast. I didn't see the spa. Receptionist that greeted me spoke very little English, and didn't seem to interested to offer help with anything. She was the only staff member that I found not to bee very friendly. The rest very amazing.
