Holiday home located in the town of Almuñécar, along the Costa Tropical of Granada, Andalusia.

This cosy holiday home is provided with astonishing views over the Tropical Coast and the hills surrounding Almuñécar. Here, you will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with two single beds. The dining-living room is provided with everything to satisfy your needs, and its wide window will provide you with moments of great pleasure, since from it you can spot the hills and the Mediterranean Sea. The house also has a completely equipped independent kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

For bookings of two people, only one bedroom will be prepared. The second bedroom will be opened for bookings of 3 or 4 persons.

In the outdoor area you will find a huge covered patio and a terrace, with deckchairs and a table to have breakfast while enjoying the mesmerizing views provided here. The house also has a private swimming pool located on the terrace.

Globalement, nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette location. La vue magnifique sur l'océan, sur les montagnes et sur Almunecar est le grand point fort de cette maison. Sur la terrasse, il y a aussi un coin barbecue sympa. Côté accueil, à noter la gentillesse d'Amalia et de son mari ainsi que de leur fils (qui est le seul à parler anglais). Tous ont été très réactifs lorsque de très fortes odeurs d'égoût venues de la douche ont commencé à gâcher notre jour d'arrivée. Le problème a été résolu dans l'heure. A propos de l'arrivée, les propriétaires attendent une photocopie des passeports de tous les occupants de la location. Nous n'avions pas noté cela comme obligatoire et avons donc dû effectuer des copies à la hâte. Côté environnement des lieux, ce que ne montre pas l'annonce, c'est l'autre vue : sur le pont routier qui surplombe le hameau où la maison est située. Surpris et inquiets, on s'attendait à être très gênés par le bruit des camions et des voitures mais cela est resté acceptable. Côté piscine, elle est petite mais permet de se rafraichir. Une fenêtre du logement du fils donne directement sur le bassin. Quand on y plonge, il baisse immédiatement le rideau. Donc ce n'est pas forcément gênant. Côté literie, deux lits une place confortables, un lit deux places plus dur. Par ailleurs, la maison est propre et fonctionnelle. Au final, une location rurale plutôt agréable, à moins de 10 minutes en voiture d'Almunecar et des plages. Plutôt un bon plan.

Das Ferienhaus ist in einer noch schöneren Aussichtslage als auf den Bildern zu sehen! Der Pool, zwei Terrassen, das Parken direkt am Haus sind sehr sauber, schön und in hervorragendem Zustand. Das Wohnzimmer und beide Schlafzimmer sind schön möbliert uns sehr sauber und einladend. Die Küche hat alle Geräte die man braucht. Das Geschirr ist ein bisschen spärlich. Die Eigentümer sind die freundlichsten Menschen die man sich wünscht. Insgesamt ein wunderschönes Haus. Etwas abgelegen - in 10 Minuten allerdings alles erreichbar. Die Zufahrt ist asphaltiert und den letzten km ist die Zufahrt sehr steil aber für jeden machbar. Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub erlebt. - Dankeschön!

De cette terrasse, la vue est exceptionnelle, sur la vallée et la mer. C'est un plaisirs d'y prendre nos repas, a coté de la terrasse, il y a une piscine suffisamment grande pour y faire quelques brasses. On y en entre même après 20h, l'eau est bonne et chaude. Elle est bien entretenue. La maison bien équipée, c'est un coin de paradis. Le propriétaire est très sympa, son jardin est en contre bas, il nous apporte des mangues, citron, papaye, bananes planta, poivrons etc …cultivés sans pesticides, c'est un régal. Mon épouse et moi avons passé 4 semaines dans cette maison et vous la recommandons.

Conforme aux photos du site: une vue exceptionnelle voir extraordinaire Digne d'une photo de carte postale, de la terrasse en mangeant vous pouvez admirer presque tout Almunecar (mer, plage, ville), une piscine privée pour vous détendre c'est le rêve, propreté impeccable. La villa est entre Grenade et Malaga, montagne et mer c'est l'endroit idéale pour se reposer, visiter, par contre la voiture est obligatoire. Je vous recommande cette villa, elle est formidable, Les propriétaires sont super gentil.

Si buscas tranquilidad y unas vistas privilegiadas de una de las bahías de Almuñecar, desde esta la casa lo tendrás. Dan ganas de quedarse todo el día en el porche y desde cualquier lugar de la casa al sol mirando al mar. La casa esta totalmente equipada y limpia como tu propia casa. Los dueños (Julio y Amalia) son encantadores y serviciales y no escatiman en que te sientas como en tu casa, cosa que han conseguido con nosotros. Con toda seguridad volveremos.
