The room was recently nicely renovated, including the carpeting, tiled bathroom, new sink, bathtub, and smart mirror, etc. The room even smelled clean and new, which is rare for any hotel room. The beds were very comfortable, and the location was quiet and safe. We requested a late checkout for noon and they were very kind about giving it to us. I would absolutely stay there again.

Everything was great except for the very noisy fan in the room AC/heat unit. I had a basic room; the owner said that the deluxe rooms have larger and quieter units. Might be worth the upcharge if you are a light sleeper. I enjoyed chatting with the owner. Breakfast was basic, but you are not paying a Hilton price either. Close to Cornell. I will stay there again.

As other reviewers have mentioned, the room was spotless. Yes, it’s a little spartan, but has everything you need. Bed very comfortable. Fresh bagels in the morning. Check in was efficient and owner very kind. Only downside for me was the noise of the heating unit, next time I’ll be sure to pack my ear plugs. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and have recommended it to my family.

Very professional and easy process. My only complaint was that I was running quite late for check-in (10:00 p.m.), and it was very difficult obtaining a direct line phone # for the front desk in order to inform I was still enroute. I did not have breakfast, so did not rate that.
