Host was beyond accommodating and responded incredibly quickly to every message. Asked to have flowers delivered before we arrived and host was willing to communicate with the flower shop and brought them in for us. Location was great and it was very clean and well maintained. Next time we go to Ithaca I will definitely be going back to this location!

When I unlocked the front door & saw the rubber slippers inviting me to remove my shoes before climbing the wooden staircase that's adorned with warm beige treads, I knew this apartment would exceed my expectations. The host was very responsive without being intrusive. The family has created a minimalist, restorative sanctuary with abundant natural light, low profile furniture, & a functional, uncluttered space. It matched the listing's description & photos. I'd happily stay here again.

Everything about this short stay was extremely positive. Communications from the owner were very responsive and helpful; exactly what you needed, when you needed it. Very friendly and thoughtful approach to sharing this property. The apartment was perfect! Upon entering, it was apparent that the owner provides great effort to keep the premises pristine and tidy. Equipped with all quality items necessary for living in the apartment. Great location for easy access to all things Ithaca. Will search no further the next time I decide to visit Ithaca. Thank you.

I don't rememberr if on line listing talks about the climb upstairs. I am 78 and it was okay but i didnt realize that when I signed up. It should mention that I could not take my suitcase up. rose

Extremely clean and comfortable accommodations. Great location relative to walking distance to attractions, but if windows are open, there is morning noise from street traffic (and street cleaner!). Would definitely stay here again, though. Host was extremely responsive.

After we figured out (with the quick help of the property manager!) that the parking for the unit was in the back of the house, our short time there was smooth sailing. The apartment is small, but there was plenty of space for the two of us (my wife and I). The unit was clean and ready for us when we arrived, and it was stocked with everything we needed for our short stay. We also appreciated the close proximity to the Commons (10 minute walk), which has a great selection of gift-shops, restaurants, cafés, and other lovely stores. If/when we come back to Ithaca, we will certainly be looking to book this property again!

Conveniently close to our venue, good space for two people. Property manager was quick to respond to any questions I had. Free parking in a shared driveway. Kitchen had everything we needed for quick meals. Walking distance to restaurants, close to Wegmans and other necessities.

Peaceful, comfortable stay in Ithaca

Really enjoyed this comfortable quiet apartment just a few blocks from the Ithaca Commons. The bed was so comfortable with ample pillows, and there was a very nice air mattress for my son. Easy walk to the Commons for shops and restaurants and easy drive to Cornell campus to get my son moved into the dorms. Great place!
