This is a first class hotel with great amenities! The staff speaks English and are helpful. The only complaint was the room was too hot, but a call to the front desk helped.

We chose this hotel due to proximity to Milano Centrale. This hotel was lovely and the breakfast was excellent!
Staff at front desk was always very rude. Made us feel very unwelcome!! Greeters always kind and helpful. Room had ants. (12th floor). Housekeepers very nice and helpful.
Have stayed here several times. Hotel is located across the street from Milano Centrale so if you plan train travel through Lombardia, etc, this is a good locations. Hotel staff ranges from ok to fanatastic.. Try to get a room on higher floors.. Less noisy Breakfast is very good, the David bar is nice as well. Will stay again!!

This hotel serves a great breakfast with an extensive buffet. The rooms have blackout drapes on automatic switches. The bedding is comfortable. It is a mile and a half to the Duomo but after a long ride to reach Milan it’s a good length to stretch your legs. This is ojr second stay. It’s not the ritz,but neither is their bill. Spend the money you save on a spectacular dinner.
