We visited Istanbul with our kids and had an excellent stay. The room was cleaned perfectly every day, and the housekeeping staff were very kind and attentive. The hotel’s transfer service was safe, punctual, and very comfortable for our family. But most importantly, we want to give special thanks to Front Desk Manager Yiğit Bey.
