The location of this hotel is perfect! it's in the centre of everything, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, Topkapi Palace, Galata Bridge, the Basilica Cistern are all on a walking distance. The hotel room I was in, had a balcony that looks out on the garden, which was a very pleasant view to wake up to. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and very helpful! Also don't miss out on the breakfast. Overall I had a very pleasant stay, and I would highly recommend it.
Me and my wife have made a booking of Superior Double Room with Balcony but were upgraded to spacious Suite with extra comfortable bed, luxury furniture and sitting area and two balconies. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean, very calm, located in narrow street just few hundred meters from Blue Mosque and other historical places around Sultanahmed area. Hotel occupies beautifully renovated traditional wooden house. Garden that connects two main buildings and restaurant is also worth to mention. So far best accommodation for someone who visits the city quite often.
The staff of the Rose Garden Hotel go above and beyond for you. All you have to do is ask. Their service is the best! Our room was quaint and period for a building having been built in 1897. Very comfortable and a nice breakfast. I will miss staying there.
We stayed in the hotel for approximately a week. This hotel has the Turkish national style. The hotel is situated at the historical center of the city. It is located at the quiet spot, but at the same time from the hotel to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, The Basilica Cistern nd Top kapi not more than 10 minutes by walk.
It was our first trip to Istanbul. We spent four days there and enjoyed this time. This hotel has the Turkish national style; we stayed at the tradition room which had lots of interesting Turkish things: lamp, bed, furniture, carpet. The bed was really king-size, but the most incredible thing was hamam instead of the bathroom at our room! You can warm up and relax there after all day walking. The hotel is situated at the historical center of the city. It is located at the quiet spot, but at the same time from the hotel to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, The Basilica Cistern not more than 10 minutes by walk. There are lots of not expensive café and restaurants near the hotel. Outstanding staff is working at the hotel, the service was perfect! Receptionists told us how to get to the must see sights, which kind of transport should be used, suggested nice restaurant and great shopping mall Cevahir. Hotel has good breakfast with some national dishes among other food.
I travel to Istanbul regularly where I spend 24 hours on the outbound journey as a layover. This is the fifth or sixth hotel I have stayed in here. Whilst everywhere I have stayed the staff have been friendly they were especially so here. The rooms are very clean and the beds are super comfy - great pillows too. The courtyard and restaurant areas are also very pleasant. I will be back.
We stayed in the hotel for approximately a week, where we checked out to go to Cappadocia then returned to the same hotel on our return. The first room we stayed in was small but comfortable. It had a beautiful street view where one can see the surroundings. The room was a little dated but still beautiful and clean. Upon returning, the hotel management upgraded us to the newly renovated rooms which were larger and more modernized. This room was even more comfortable than the first. Once you walk into the rooms there is a distinct smell of roses that fills the room. Even the bathrobes and towels have this beautiful smell. The room came with breakfast. The food was tasty but the downside was that there were many flies. There was a large selection of items that you may choose from and eggs were prepared for those who requested them. If we were to go back to Istanbul, we would reserve in this hotel again.
Everything was amazing . Right location ever near everything you need. The hotel rooms was very clean and quite , food was soo delicious the communication was perfectly done Right advisor who's suggest for us the right places in the right weather , although the trip was short but the advisor's places recommendation make our awesome trip , somehow we see many sides of Istanbul . "Really . Thanks hamida" I would recommend for any body even though family trip for this excellent hotel .
I'm glad we picked Rose Garden Suites for our trip to Istanbul. It actually was everything the pics depict, and some more. Room was nice and cozy and the bathroom area was quite spacious and well equipped. Hamida in guest relations was a treat. She helped clarify any doubts we had regarding our visits to main tourist attractions. Also Selcuck (apologies if I'm not taking the right name) suggested the right Bosphorous tour, and ensured we did it under right weather conditions. That made all the difference. I would surely recommend this place, not only for room/amenities/location but the amazing people and helpful staff.
This place was referred to us by family. The hotel is located in a very narrow streets but it's amazing how vehicles pass by it. When the taxi dropped is we were a little disappointed seeing the entry but then inside the place is a total different deal. The hotel is like a service apartment when it comes to the lobby so don't expect anything like a regular hotel on that aspect. The room we stayed in was very clean, spacious and service of the staff is top class. They have a small lounge where snacks are served every evening. The breakfast spread is excellent and staff very friendly and courteous. Very close to the blue mosque and the market so easy to walk around and accessible. Points to improve We could have got better guidance about moving around the hotel and places from the front desk. If you don't like a daily climb of 15-20 steps to your room then you may not like the rooms as what we got were rooms for which we had to do this( not sure if there are any elevators as we did not see any). Wish we had some indication of this earlier via the website etc. Overall a very good experience and would surely go back
