Hotel bardzo brudny, zaniedbany Sala śniadaniowa nie sprzątana. Brudne podłogi stoliki. Sniadanie bardzo ograniczone od 8-40 do 9-15 puste talerze po 19 minutach ponownie puste talerze. Sniadanie teoretycznie zaczyna się o 7-30 ale o 7-45 nic nie było jeszcze przygotowane nawet maszyna do kawy nie była włączona. Pokoje brudne ściany pełne kurzu łazienka tez brudna. Obsługa nie mówi w języku angielskim nawet na recepcji ciężko się dogadać Nie polecam tego hotelu

Nice place

Located within walking distance of bazaar and famous landmarks including Hagia Sofia. Very good location for a culture tour. Food places and shops line the streets in the area and the metro tram runs very close. Swimming pool and spa looked very nice, rooms are a little small and breakfast was included.

We had a great stay. Convenient and staff were extremely obliging. Would recommend. Breakfast great. Yes, pool is downstairs but really nice, you wouldn’t know as ceiling is done with clouds and trees. Turkish bath, sauna wonderful.

Good location in Old City near tram, rail and ferries and within walking distance of Topkapi Palace, Haghia Sophia, Blue Mosque etc. Plenty of eateries nearby including local cuisine and Western fast food brands and convenience stores on the doorstep.Onsite spa free to residents with small pool, Turkish bath, sauna and steam. Guest room was compact but with stylish and modern furnishings, aircon and well-fitted ensuite shower room. Would have benefited from the addition of a chair (a single padded stool was provided), hooks in bathroom/bedroom, holder for shampoo etc. in shower and a bin in bedroom. Friendly, helpful staff who speak reasonable English and Russian. Some noise from passing trams, call to prayer, passersby etc. but this adds to atmosphere and is not too intrusive. OK breakfast included in room rate with variety of hot and cold options. All in all, a solid, good value option, particularly for those wanting to visit the spa daily.
