The staff was good and the location as well, but the room had some issues that needed some maintenance, for example, the fridge's door was broken, I said to one of the employees, he just replied "Yeah, I know", and another small things that needed more care.

Private but centrally located in Taksim

Always a good choice in Istanbul. These apartment suites are clean and well equipped. Very close to Taksim square but still in a private location. Authentic area - other houses are a bit worn down, but a safe street.

Exceptional stay! Our experience at this hotel was truly wonderful. The place was clean, quiet, and perfectly located — just a few minutes’ walk from Taksim Square, with easy and straightforward access. What really made our stay outstanding was the kindness and help of an Iranian gentleman named Arash. Even though the hotel is easy to find, we arrived in Taksim by bus, and he kindly came to meet us there and helped us get to the hotel. The room had everything we needed, and whenever we asked for something extra, Arash provided it immediately and with genuine courtesy. His local tips and recommendations felt like having our own private tour guide in Istanbul! Check-out was smooth and easy. Overall, both the hotel itself and Arash’s exceptional support made this one of the best stays we’ve ever had in Istanbul. Highly recommended! 🌟

We got off to a rough start with tv that does not work as well as a water leakage but it turned out well in the end. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned regularly and fresh towels provide. Room on the other is not what it looks like in the picture. It could do with a makeover. Area around hotel is noisy in the early hours of the morning.

I stayed in the double room (Standard Cift Kisilik Oda). Overall, it was a wonderful stay. What I liked: -Great location! Very close to the main attractions, Istiklal Avenue, Taksim Square and Metro station. -40 inch TV with Netflix and YouTube -decent internet connection -small kitchen -staff and cleaning What I didn't like: -On some days in the middle of May the heating was turned on. To me it just didn't feel right in such a warm climate. I had to ask them to turn it down. -It wasn't a problem but having more kitchen utensils wouldn't hurt.

O quarto está no quinto andar e não tem elevador no prédio - sim, o funcionário era muito solícito e levou a minha bagagem, mas subir e descer 5 andares todos os dias é de lascar! Os pontos fortes do lugar são: funcionários muito gentis, água quente em todos os momentos e em todas as torneiras, um chuveiro gostoso (depois que o funcionário consertou a mangueira que estava furada e espalhava água até no teto). Os pontos fracos são: a limpeza e a manutenção do local, que é bem precária (a televisão não funcionava, o ar condicionado só funcionou no primeiro dia e depois não mais e mesmo o terraço, que foi a razão de eu escolher esse hotel, não permite que fiquemos ali muito tempo, porque ele é fechado com vidro: se tem sol de tarde, ali fica muito quente porque não tem persiana; por outro lado, os vidros não fecham completamente, então com o vento o lugar fica gelado. Assim, o local só é usável quando não tem vento, de manhã e de tarde se não tem sol).
