As a solo girl travelling to Istanbul, I felt at home at this hotel. The staff is super nice, they cleaned my room everyday and made me feel very comfortable. The hotel is good, no elevator so if you bring a lot of bags you have to carry them up the stairs. All in all I was happy with my room, my stay and the staff. 10/10 would recommend

Rude women in the reception

The worst experience ever !!!! The reception was awful ( the man was really Nice) but the women was so rude!!! She should not work in hospitallity! Rude unprofessional and cant speak english, she would not clean the room (bcs we stayed only 2 days) even tho they did not tell us that we need to stay more then 2 days to get our room cleand/ we couldnt get more then one key ( that was used for the electricity !!!) I would not stat there again, an awful experince.

KEEP AWAY!

Nok den værste oplevelse jeg nogensinde har været ude for. Vi fik vores værelse på 4. Sal. Først og fremmest, er der ingen elevator. Da vi kom ind, var håndtaget til vinduet knækket og den kunne ikke låses, så der var ingen tryghed. Aircondionen virkede ikke og de lovede os hele tiden at den vil blive fikset, så vi stod op med sved over hele sengen. Rengørings damen vil kun gøre rent hver tredje dag, men alligvel gik hun ind på vores værelse hver evig eneste dag, og kiggede vores ting igennem og tog video af vores ting. (Videoen blev afspillet for mig). Og vi satte “fælder” op så vi kunne se om nogle havde været inde på vores værelse da vi var gået ud, og det var der. Hun var derinde hver evig eneste dag. Hvad skal hun på vores værelse, hvis hun ikke skal rydde op? Og min kone havde klip klapper på, og hvor gang vi kig op eller med af trapperne i hotellet råbte rengørings damen “KLIK KLAK” og bandede på tyrkisk (Det eneste sprog hun kan). Det er rengørings damen og hendes mand, som ejer hotellet. HOLD JER LANGT LANGT VÆK FRA DET HOTEL!

Das ist unsere schlimmste Aufenthalt in Istanbul alles voll mit Schimmel & dreck leider kann ich keine bilder hier senden wen das die Hygiene Behörde sehen würde währe das motel schon längst geschlossen ins zimmer müssten wir erst mal 50 treffen hoch mit den Koffern & niemand hat uns geholfen in der Nacht spuckte etwas im gang herum die lichter flatterten & man hörte Geräusche vom Personal wurden wir angeschrien & sie sagte zu uns „SUUUSSS“ bedeut soviel wir halt deine Fresse mit einer agressiven stimme also nicht zum empfehlen!!!!!

Die Bilder entsprechend keines Wegs die Realität vor Ort. Es ist unhygienisch, da die Handtücher nur alle 3 Tage gewechselt werden, Schimmel sich an Wänden und in der Dusche befinden. Keine Sicherheit gehabt, da ein Zahnstocher im Sicherungskasten reingesteckt wurde, damit der Schalter nicht fliegt. Reinster Horror.

Das Otel ist in einer sehr armen und elenden Gegend. Uns kam es vor, als ob die Straßen viele Jahre nicht gesäubert wären. Im Otel gab es keinen Aufzug. Wir mussten mit unseren Koffern bis zu dritten Etage. Der Hotelinhaber war nett. Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren sehr klein. Im Zimmer gab es keinen Fenster nach draußen. Es gab ein Fenster, das ins Treppenhaus zeigte und nicht geöffnet werden konnte. Die Betten und Handtücher rochen start nach Seife. Zum Frühstück gab es nur das Nötigste. Wir füllten uns insgesamt Fehl am Platz, so dass vor vorzeitig, nach einer Übernachtung abgereist waren.

As the rate is cheap, i went with minimum expectations. The hotel is 50/50, for this rate the property quality is understandable. However staff is extremely rude. Have never seen such kind of behaviour.

Die Lage ist zentral aber es ist in einer unangenehmen Umgebung, wenn man eine Frau ist fühlt man sich unangenehm und unsicher allein zu sein. Es entspricht nicht die europäischen Standorts, die Sauberkeit fehlt gewaltig. Das personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Semt biraz varoş ama otelin konforu fiyatına göre fena değil. Bir de otel siteleri üzerinden rezervasyon yapmadığınız zaman evlenme cüzdanı sormaları hem yasal değil hem de saçma.. Bir de balkonlu oda veriyoruz size diyorlar ama balkon kilitli ve çıkamıyorsunuz. Sebebini sorduğunuzda da otel politikası diye saçma bir cevap vermeleri de çok saçmaydı bence.. Bunları bilmeniz lazım eğer bu otelde konaklama düşünüyorsanız..

KaupunkiNäkymä = muuri. 32 neliötä = n. 10 neliötä. Kylpytakki-ei. Minibaari = toimimaton pieni jääkaappi jota ei kahden pyynnönkään jälkeen ei korjattu. 24h huonepalvelu = respa sanoi että menee nukkumaan puolilta öin. Jos jää meikkiä pyyheeseen maksaa 25 liraa lisää kun ei voi kuulemma pestä...?

Информация о стандартном номере,предоставленная на сайте НЕ ВЕРНАЯ,граничащая с Мошенничеством!!! По факту: 1.Площадь номера 22 кв.м !!! с Видом на стену,расположенную на расстоянии 4 метра от окна. И это не самый отчаянный вариант,ведь есть Стандартные номера с видом из окна в ....Коридор!!! 2.Холодильник(супер мини) не работал,заменили через 2 дня. 3.Крайне Неудобные раковина для умывания и ванная кабинка.Подводка к душу сломана,течет(так и не починили).Халатов НЕТ. 4.Стола НЕТ. Стульев НЕТ. 5.Из освещения в номере присутствует 2 прикроватных ночника(бра) и ...ВСЕ!! 6.Кондиционер есть,но воспользоваться им Невозможно,пульт просто Не дают!!! 7.Отопление практически отсутствует.Батарее едва теплые.

Das Hotel war ok

Also als ich im Hotel angekommen bin habe ich nicht das bei Expedia gewünschte Zimmer erhalten, musste für ein ähnliches Zimmer Vorort zuzahlen damit ich überhaupt das bekomme was ich schon bezahlt habe, laut Hotel hat Expedia nicht die Information weitergeben das ich zwei Einzel Betten haben möchte eine Frechheit. Ich werde nie wieder in diese Hotel gehen , und über Expedia werde ich auch nicht buchen.Ich fühle mich über den Tisch gezogen,einfach nur traurig das man nicht das bestätigte erhält, ich habe dies Vorort am Hotel gesagt aber weil alles auf deutsch war und die Vorort nur Türkische oder etwas englisch könnten wurde mir gesagt machen sie das mit Expedia aus und wer zahlt mir jetzt meine 30€ zurück die ich zu viel gezahlt habe ? Die ich aus zwei geründen gezahlt habe 1. Kein anderes Hotel frei in der Nähe. 2. Es war kurz vor Mitternacht Flug war verspätet gelandet. Ich will meine 30€ zurück!!!!!!!!!
