Nice boutique hotek

Good location in safe area. Friendly staff. Amenities are basic and standard enough for all I need. I like the hot shower facilities. A socket does not work very well. No elevator. Overall it’s very good value for money.

Ben yaşadıklarımı anlatayım siz karar verin İlk gün otele giriş yaptık seçtiğimiz odadaki fotoğraflarla kaldığımız oda farklı yanlışlık oldu deyip özür dilediler kabul ettik İkinci gün sabah odadan çıktık döndüğümüzde oda soğuktu kaloriferin çalışmadığını fark ettik çözümü termostatik vanayı sökerek sağladık ve çalıştı klima merkezi olduğu için hiç çalışmadı Banyo yapmaya çalıştık duşun hem alttan hem üstten su kaçırıyordu duştan sonra tüm banyo su içinde kaldı bilgi verdik sadece alt kısmın tamiratı yapıldı Üçüncü gün duş almaya çalıştık su bir ısınıp bir soğuyordu Personel her zaman yardımcı olmaya çalıştı her konuda ellerinden geleni yapmaya çalıştılar her zaman güler yüzlü iletişim gerek telefonda gerekse yüz yüze çok kibardılar Otelin konumu güzel merkezi ancak sakin noktada şehir gürültüsü fazla yok

Hotel is not like pictured and told!!!! The rooms are very very dirty, we even had hair in the minibar and one hanging down from the air conditioner. We had mold in our bathroom and the ceiling over the bed was damaged!!! All comments are fake!!! We trusted the previous comments but it was horrible!!! We did our check out immidiatly and had to book another hotel. Would never ever go Again! Don‘t trust the comments in the internet! No reception in the hotel, no wardrope in the rooms, no elevator for the 5th floor.
