The location of this hotel is very good. The hotel is very clean and very welcoming, the staff is helpful. Breakfast is nice and offers a good variety of food. All in all, a very good hotel to stay in when in Istanbul.

Hotel location is excellent surrounded by many shops and near to a mall , lots of things to do within the hotel location, a nearby metro station which make the transportation easier. Rooms are cozy but delightful, make sure to stay in one of the newly renovated rooms , not much for a view but value for money is excellent.

The location is awful, it is smoke everywhere. It was too cold in the room for September in Istanbul. Asked for an iron, the manager asked to wait and then said they don't have one. There was no slippers in the room and toothbrush either.

this hotel is very bad and far far from a 5 star hotel. what? are they joking about the stars? Even the 3 stars hotels are better. Wifi keep disconnecting for a whole day, AC are centred and you can't control it, rooms very small, one maid is responsible for all cleanings and she is confused all the time and complaining the hardship of her job. Cleaning and room service is not on a regular order. mini bar super expensive and drinks never get cold, the breakfast is very limited option !

We stayed here for four nights, a well decorated and appealing atmosphere would drag you in. Room in terms of size, facilities, amenities and lighting was up to standard. Breakfast was decent and compact. Staff were polite and courteous, they speak English (something weird in Istanbul!) The only drawback was the housekeeping not in terms of daily room touch up but the field of deep cleaning which is not that much effective in your stay experience. In the very first day upon my check in, we had a small problem in the room, I contacted reception they ignored, I insisted to see the manager, he showed up very quickly and kindly listened and resolved the case efficiently and in a very professional manner. I was so upset at early but with his service recovery and attitude towards guest's satisfaction, there is no black point left in my mind about this hotel. I recommend this hotel for its location, service and the manager who is there to make your stay brilliant Thank you Alp

Never ever seen worse than this hotel, Even the staff of 3 stars hotel are much better and have respect and understanding for their guest Expensive, Wifi keep disconnecting our devices, AC are centred and you can't control it, rooms very small, Non smoking rooms are worth than the smoking rooms, one staff in duty to do all reception work alone, mini bar super expensive and drinks never get cold, TV remote control is not working, only the location is acceptable, and the breakfast is very limited option !

Let's get the good out of the way - Location, and that is it. Not the best location but good for the area. You need to avoid this hotel if you a) want value for your money b) want decent food c) expect staff who are helpful and understand English d) are on a business trip Having travelled over 20% of the world this is the noisiest hotel I have ever experienced. Minibar items and coffee are not replaced, what you get on check-in is what you must make do with. Breakfast frequently opens late and service in the restaurant is on equal footing with the food quality - Bad! Even multiple complaints to the 'manager' yielded no result and incompetent staff are defended. If you have no other option than to stay here eat out at one of the many restaurants around the area.

When we checked in it was done by a not so helpful receptionist. We had already got an e-mail from Holiday Inn that an extra bed for our 5 year old was free of charge. The receptionist said that we had to pay but it was ok for this time. I didn't want a favour so I showed him the mail. And then he tells us that we haven't paid for breakfast. He didn't bother verifying it for us and told us we had to do it ourselves. We showed him the reservation, all the info was there and it said breakfast for 2. He couldn't accept it- it wasn't in English. We had to call to the agency we booked it trough so they would send the mail in English. No apologies was made. We had to use a lot of money to call from a foreign SIM card. We went up to the room. It was a non smoking room but the room smelled a lot of smoke. The rooms are very worn out and in immediate need of refurbishment. The receptionists are not polite, every time we have tried to call to ask something the guy is inpolite. The breakfast is a tragedy! The cheese plates are on a hot place and tastes horrible, the warm dishes has a lid but is ALWAYS uncovered so the food is cold! The place looks dirty. Too many people touching the food and other things with their fingers/hands. You don't want to eat anything. The coffee seems to be Nescafé or some other cheap instant coffee. Good luck with finding someone to take your tea/coffee or omelette order at the breakfast. They are more busy with cleaning other tables than smiling to you or saying good morning. Apart from 2 young guys and Canaan, the trainee, nobody cares about you and they are not even discrete about it - very unprofessional! One of the women who serve at the breakfast ( I think she is the main waiter- with mustard colour hair) is so miserable and I have never seen this kind of behaviour at a restaurant before. Eye rolling and not so kind talking about the "dirty" guests as she refers to them. This morning she was extra angry and kicked a chair and scared my 5 year old daughter. "I am so tired to clean after them etc etc" is what she says. Very bad way to start our morning! No omelet- and if they have it we don't know. We haven't seen it and no one has told us. We called the reception to ask and he said that he didn't know. Fascinating! No service. We are use to always put tip for waitresses the breakfast- but don't want to do it here! We have decided NOT to eat breakfast here anymore as it is such a unpleasant experience. Some friends of ours are leaving the hotel today to move into an another hotel at the same street. But we have prepaid and can't have the money refunded, so we have to stay some more nights before we move too! We have been on vacation for 3 weeks and we have been at 5 star hotels, but this is definitely NOT a 5 or 4 star. It is more like a 3 star. Will not return to this hotel again. There is a lot of nice hotels nearby.

The hotel is suited in a very good location, and there is a good Wi-Fi Connection. perhaps these are the only good things about the hotel. I had many problems during my stay with my family in this hotel. We arrived the hotel at 3:30 pm, we checked in at 5:00 pm. This was because only one receptionist in duty, and there was large group check-in. The hotel shall provide more receptionist. My room was non-Smoking, but the smell of cigarettes were everywhere. When I asked the receptionist, he misunderstand me and thought that I am asking him if I can smoke, and replied” just open the window and smoke”, so if you are sensitive to cigarettes smoke, look for another hotel. Finally, the hotel charged me $100 , because my son spilled a tea drink over the duvet, causing a stain, which can be easily cleaned. So, in case you choose this hotel, make sure to clean everything!!!!, they will charge you if something got dirty.

Relaxing , quiet, and excellent room service ... I just loved it! The conference rooms were perfect and neat, the staff was very friendly with a smile and the hospitality was flawless. I highly recommend it. It is also close to everything you need.
