Beautifully appointed room with view of Hagia Sophia. Ideal location to all the ancient archeological sites and restaurants. Friendly helpful staff. Easy to get to from airport: took the eleven bus to Sultan Ahmed stop (1 hr 13 min ride) to a 3 min walk to hotel. Highly recommend it

Rooms were OK, but our room was very small even by European standards and it was a 3rd floor walkup. The problem with the hotel is that you really don't know where you will be staying. It is spread in buildings over a fairly large area. So it is a little bit of a crap shoot. Staff was OK, not great. So if you are going to spend a decent amount for a room you may want to consider other alternatives.

This is the place to stay if you want to be right in the heart of ancient Istanbul. All of the restaurants were great, but Sarnic, magnificent setting in an ancient cistern, was an amazing experience!

I was very disappointed to stay in this 4 / 5 star hotel, the A/C did not work properly, i could not sleep during the first night and reported the problem to the front desk but it was not taken care the next day so i decided to leave the hotel and did not spent the second night, the refrigerator did not cool the drinks or my meds that i travel with, the hotel seems to save energy by having all the ac room controls and refrigerators under very warm settings. I will not stay in this hotel never again and do not recommend it during summer time. I want a supervisor to contact me to further discuus. Thank you

Hagia Sofia Mansions hotel was a great option for our stay in Istambul, really great location, the staff is very helpful in anything you might need , the rooms are well decorated and clean and the hotel has 3 different restaurants which is very convenient
