The rooms are considerably smaller than advertised, and both the lobby and breakfast area are quite cramped. Overall, it feels more like a clean three-star hotel.

Amazing Hotel

It was amazing, The hotel is located at a quiet street but at the same time in a good location near the shopping and restaurants in Nişantaşı. The staff were amazing and very helpful.

My family and I had a wonderful 5 nights stay at Gleam Collection hotel. The staff are very inviting, friendly and helpful. The rooms are new, clean and comfortable. The hotel is situated in the city centre of Istanbul with many shops and restaurants only a short walk away. The only downside is that the hotel itself is positioned on a dodgy back street which feels unsafe to walk at night, it is a shame it is not situated on the main road as that would have made the hotel perfect. Despite this I would not hesitate to come back and stay here. I would recommend this hotel and it’s lovely staff members to all.
