Literally EVERYTHING was a lie. No shuttle as advertised (which was massively inconvenient!) no pool as advertised, no breakfast on site as advertised and just a mini fridge (though it is advertised it will have a full size in each room) no microwave, old water left in tea kettle, no night stands, counter in the bathroom and the bathroom floor not clean, mold spots on walls, no coat or towel hooks, no one came to clean room, annoying bright blue light in bedroom that disrupts sleep, right underneath a smoking room with a dog that barked all night! I had to track down rude staff to get more toilet paper! They were so stingy with the coffee and tea packets! The toilet broke, shower needs repairs and the power went out twice! Literally only two staff members who were pleasant and that’s the only reason for the two stars. Muhammad was very very accommodating and pleasant, he deserves a raise because he was very attentive, nice, polite, helpful and respectful when everyone else was rude, unhelpful and dismissive except a very kind gentleman who helped me order food in the restaurant. I wish I caught his name
