Hotel better than home.

My wife and I stayed one day in this hotel, we had very comfortable stay, the room is spacious, clean,wash room is excellent, close to Ataturk airport,staff very helpful and speak good english, breakfast is good. I highly recommend this hotel .

Go Someplace else

Stayed at this hotel because we had to. Bad experience started with airport pick-up. I had called the hotel so they knew there was someone waiting. The shuttle bus didn't stop, but rolled by at 10 mph. I had to run after it & bang on the side to get the driver to stop. The attitude of the staff was very much stuck in the old school way of doing things...letting people cut in line, paying attention only to friends, ignoring simple request bc they thought they knew better. An example of this is when they called a taxi for me. The taxi driver started the meter on the night rate (twice the rate), When I questioned the staff, he said "Sometime that happens. They haven't had a raise in over a year." If they were really interested in helping their customers they would have acted on behalf of their customer to insure that they didn't get rip-off by one of their recommended vendors. Location was bad - no access to public transport, and not a lot to eat around there. You'd be better of staying some place else.

Nice new hotel in the middle of nowhere

Stopover...hotel was nice, quite new. room was very nice and ok size. staff were ok. would suggest double checking on airport transfer claim as we waited for the non arriving shuttle for 25 minutes and in the end got a taxi - however hotel did reimburse us

Good Hotel Option But Beware Shuttle Costs

This is a well-priced airport hotel option. Rooms are clean, well taken care of, and with good facilities. Breakfast, which was included, was surprisingly good. One major drawback is the lack of regular shuttles run to and from the airport - website promised a shuttle but that is deceiving since it only runs at certain hours and not throughout busy mornings and afternoons. We had to pay for two taxis - one from the airport and one to the airport - if we had known about this extra charge, we likely would have stayed elsewhere.

The hotel is very nice from the outside and the inside, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are very clean, the breakfast is great, The shuttle from the airport to the hotel and vice versa is accurate. The only thing that I didn't like was the location, it is very far from The historic area, but I believe it is designed for people who are laying over or passing through turkey. The front desk staff speaks English and they are very helpful in finding a taxi or getting directions and they.

Good place to stay for business specially.

Great stay, Good neighborhood, very comfortable and clean, brand new property. Staff needs more professionalism specially restaurant people though they were very nice trying to do their best, but lacked experience. The lady at the front desk this time was very unfriendly and impolite. Maybe because it was her night shift, but tha still does not account for it.

small & clean but nothing in the neighborhood

I was there for 2 nights transit-ting via Istanbul and visiting a friend. The hotel was clean and nice. The WIFI stops after while so you have to log in with password very often which was annoying. The staff was friendly. I did not have a chance to catch the breakfast as i slept. in Summary, clean nice small room, very cost effective hotel for transient.

Great bang for the buck but location stinks

Excellent hotel with outstanding service but poor location--there's a open air sewage drain right across the hotel, so you will experience foul air if you walk out for a stroll!! Smell is not so obvious right at the hotel main entrance but you will smell it as soon as you walk out of the hotel. Also there are no non-smoking rooms which was a bummer, but otherwise the hotel is new and the staff is outstanding -- they really go out of their way to help you. This hotel is close to the airport and provide free shuttle back and forth, plus breakfast, so if you add it's a real bargain. We were just looking for an overnight stay as we had missed our flight so this worked out just fine. If you are on a tight budget this may still be the hotel for you, despite the sewage.

The room is very comfortable and cleaned, I stayed for more than ten days, and planning to expand, but its location is close to airport but far from the city, and their is no shop around it, the price is affordable, I'm having a good time.
