This property is located in a central spot. Front desk staff were wonderful. A very special thanks to the gentleman who cleans our room every day. He will write a hand written note, wish us a wonderful stay. Only wired thing is, wash basin was in the bed room.

The Levni is an excellent spot for tourists visiting Istanbul and wanting to be close to the old city and all that it has to offer. Great location to walk everywhere - great for getting your steps every day. The hotel is clean and well maintained and the staff are very helpful. The breakfast buffet has very good food options and is a great way to start the day. The rooftop bar had great views but drinks are pricey (seems to be everywhere in Istanbul) and they don’t have beer on tap as noted on the menu. Standard room sizes are small but again I think this is generally in Istanbul. There are stairs to get to the rooms from the elevators on almost every floor so again be prepared for that or ask for an accessible floor. If you get a room with a bathtub (most are) be prepared to climb into it. Not great for older people. Biggest disappointment - we picked this hotel partly for the pool but it was kept at a freezing cold temp. When we mentioned this to the staff they said it had to be like that to ensure no bacteria in the pool - this seemed like an odd response. They also asked for everyone to have a swimming cap and wanted to sell that to us for €5 each. We ultimately got the shower caps from the room and used them (did all this before realizing how cold the pool was! :)). When we asked to warm up in the sauna they said it would be €12 for each person. We had a few young adults (17-22) that were quite looking forward to the pool but this experience was not great.

Great location, nothing too special

The location of the hotel is very convenient, so if you simply need a place to sleep and launch off to daily activities, it’s great. We hoped the pool would be a nice cool-off for the kids after hot days sightseeing, but it is small and cold, with purchase of a 5EUR swim cap required. They didn’t use it. The breakfast was the same every day but was quite good and had many options, including for vegetarians. Rooms were small but clean.

We stayed for 7 nights it was perfect from the start as a family of 6 they accommodated our requests with the bed arrangements. We had breakfast everyday and the menu and variety was really good. Rooms and beds are just perfect. Location is perfect loads shops and walking distance to trams, ferry and alsorts of restaurants. Will definitely stay again.

Most rooms are very small, staff was kind enough to upgrade us after I was ready to go to a different hotel, size is not well described in the booking process. Although the property was nice and the staff was friendly - on arrival I was told the executive room I paid for was not available and I was downgraded without getting a refund. I was told by management I would be refunded the difference between the rooms ( the downgraded room was half the price). We were here for our honeymoon and it kind of left a bad taste. We spoke to expedia regarding this and they tried reaching out to Levni's staff and received no response.

Great location. Stayed in king suite which has an amazing view of the bosphourus. The staff were great and very friendly. The room had some issues and needs a bit of updating. There were knobs that didn't work on the jacuzzi, no knob on the shower door. They serve a decent breakfast, but try to upcharge for espresso. The hotel fitness center is lacking majorly for something of this level. Minimal equipment, no ventilation, no disinfectant/water station. The location is perfectly situated to the old town and many attractions. Overall with a little more attention to detail and some upgrades to the hotel they can really elevate the experience

We stayed at the Levni Hotel and Spa for a girls vacation for my sisters 50th. The hotel is in a fantastic location with all the main tourist attractions within walking distance and good metro and tram links to travel further out. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special shout out to Ahmad and Nurul who made our stay extra special with all the support they provided with getting to places around Istanbul. Levni hotel provided us with an IstanbulKart to use the public transport system and helped us navigate through the city. We will definitely be coming back to this beautiful city and staying at the Levni Hotel and Spa.

Overall, a very pleasant atmosphere, loved the views from the rooftop. A great breakfast buffet and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Especially Noorul and the lady in the spa. I was a little disappointed with the bathroom- slow water drain caused water to flow out of the shower, also the plug hole in the sink had no cover and it wasn’t pleasant looking into the plug hole every time I was using the sink. I did inform reception staff twice and a hotel technical representative came to check it, he removed a bottle top from within the sink hole but stated he couldn’t get a cover for it. So the plug hole remained open for the duration of the stay. Other than the above, the room was clean and well maintained. I booked a cruise through the hotel, again Norul was very helpful and informative. Not a bad hotel and definitely a great location!
