We had a very nice stay at the Radisson Blu Otomari Hotel in Istanbul. The reception staff did a great job handling and clearing up a small confusion regarding the omission of breakfast, which was included in our reservation. Everything was resolved smoothly and professionally. I especially want to thank Gamze for her outstanding help—she was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring.
