It was an excellent and comfortable ten-day stay in a well-equipped hotel apartment with a good kitchen and some cooking utensils, and a very high level of security. Transportation was excellent; the taxi stand and metro station were just minutes from the hotel entrance. The hotel reception staff were outstanding and very helpful. They spoke English and were easy to communicate with, readily available to assist with any requests or services we might need. They were friendly and welcoming at any time, 24 hours a day. Room service was excellent, with daily cleaning, changing bed linens and towels every two days, and providing bottled water, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), toilet paper, etc. Overall, this hotel is excellent in every way, and if we return to Istanbul, it will be our first choice, and I highly recommend it.

No staff support. Suppose to get breakfast for the duration of the stay because I’m gold member with Expedia and the hotel has VIP Access but we were denied. No hot water. Phone in the room was not working. Had to walk in the rain from the building I was staying to other building to get attention from staff. Staff were not helpful at all. Very disappointed customer

G Tower Residence On the 16th floor drones were flying and directing ELECTRIC MAGNETIC WAVES at my brain. They are everywhere in Istanbul by the way. It feels like you are sitting under a power station that just gives you headaches, like migraine.Also breakfast was disgusting
