I had a wonderful 10 day stay at The Bentley Hotel. The Penthouse room is spacious with a fantastic large balcony. The room was clean & well stocked with amenities. Every member of the hotel staff was welcoming, friendly & treated me like family. Would recommend to anyone & I will definitely be going back!

The hotel restoration is great, modern zen and comfortable. I can suggest to add towel hangers in the bathroom, the shower floor can be slippery and finally I did not understand in the beginning what you mean by “Special Class” , I suggest to be more specific for your future customers to avoid surprises.

Terrible Experience, Would Not Recommend We booked this hotel and travelled all the way from the London to Istanbul for our honeymoon. Unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. The hotel is located in what we felt was one of the less appealing parts of Istanbul surrounded by garages and outdated restaurants. The street was very noisy which was not what we expected for a honeymoon stay. Although our room had been fully prepaid we were asked to pay an additional £100 upon arrival. This was unexpected and not clearly communicated beforehand. When we saw the room it was much smaller than it appeared in the photos. We had specifically requested a sea view room but there was no sea view at all. Due to these issues, we decided not to check in. We asked to speak with the manager and were initially told that the manager was not available. After insisting we were told that he was having lunch and would be contacted. When we eventually spoke with him we found his attitude dismissive and unhelpful. As a result we left the hotel and found alternative accommodation. Despite not staying at the property we were not offered any refund. Based on our experience I would strongly advise others to be cautious. The hotel did not match the expectations set by its photos and descriptions and the overall experience felt misleading and very disappointing. Don’t be scammed!!!!

The hotel was good overall, but the charger in our room was not working which was inconvenient. We asked for a room higher up but they didn't accommodate it so there was noise coming from outside. The staff was constantly arguing between themselves and it was disturbing.

The property is located on a very busy street so you hear car noise and honking all through the night. We stayed for 3 nights and our room was never cleaned even after requesting it and turning on the cleaning light. Had to ask for towel change and ended up getting towels with wholes in them. Shower had no door so water spilled every where and no fan either so it stayed moist and smelled like cigarette smoke. You could even smell cigarette smoke at breakfast as employees smoked right outside the lobby door. Would not recommend this place.
