This is my go-to hotel when having a one or two day layover in Istanbul. It's very well priced and fairly convenient to the airport, via the H3 and 76O buses. Neither the hotel or surrounding area are what one would call upmarket, but it's clean and comfortable with excellent value, and has good transport links (bus stop outside front door). There's also a large supermarket nearby (Migros).

The building is new and clean the The price is reasonable Thestaff are nice and respectful But You can hear others talking next room the lights are not comfortable The area around the hotel it's super noisy and they doing construction at 7 am There is smoke smell in the room and the air conditioner was broken and the service is not good enough

I would rate my stay 7/10. My room was directly facing the road which was too noisy and disturbed my sleep. The door of my shower was broken and the blow dryer was not working. However, some members of the staff were nice which helped bring some joy to my stay. I would recommend this hotel only if you want some place to sleep and spend the night but not if you are on vacation.

The area is under construction and the building attached to the hotel is being demolished. It was a horrible experience for 3 days as my room was shaking all day long waking me up earlier in the morning. They should’ve informed me before I booked it or @ front desk when checking in. Not worth a dollar

The hotel is next to the shore and the road which makes public transport easily accessible. However since it facing the road its extremely loud by the traffic noise. The toilet in the room was stinky and made the whole room stink, it smelled like something was dead in the sewers. The AC and heating didn't work, the room was cold, the heating was fixed only in the last day of my stay. The Staff are polite.
