The breakfast is simple but good. All of the staff were really friendly. I had an issue with the TV in my room, and they fixed it as soon as possible. The room was basic, but the bed was comfy, and the aircon was good. The curtains were a little too narrow for the windows, so was a little hard to sleep once the sun was up. Will probably stay here again.

The hotel is in a great place with local restaurants, shops and mosques nearby. Great for tourists visiting Istanbul as it’s 5 to 10 mins away from the tram so good access to public transport too. Staff at the hotel are very accommodating and friendly. They also provide services to tour Istanbul and do fun activities. I do wish the hotel was cleaner, but for the price point I can’t complain. Good value for money.
