A special shout-out to Mdm Semra from housekeeping. She went above and beyond every single day. Not only did she ensure our 3 rooms were always clean and well-maintained but she also surprised us with beautiful towel decorations to welcome us and wish us a pleasant stay. Her kindness and attention to detail truly made our experience extra special. Güven kaya is a very professional bell boy and deserves good credit.

Staff was super nice and hospitable. They went above and beyond for us to make sure we had a great experience. We had issues with the rooms, one ac was broken, the second was super small with broken shower head. They kindly transferred us into a 3 room. Also let us have breakfast earlier since we had an early flight. Hotel is pretty, breakfast was a plus. Location is great. A lot to see nearby, lots of shops and restaurants.
