Beautiful spot! We had a little hiccup with our door code when we arrived but we contacted them and they were able to fix it within a few minutes! They are very responsive. We Loved our room and the views were amazing. Just waking up to an ocean view was perfect! Everything was very clean, neat and perfect for the two of us and a weekend getaway. Will definitely be returning.

Fantastic rental

This is our 3rd time at IOP and this rental has been the best by far. The room was nice, updated and very clean. The view was amazing as well. Will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing ocean front property!

Amazing beach front property with the most amazing views. It was accurate to the listing, and very well located. Close to Charleston (15-20 min drive) with so much to do. We had a blast during our stay. Highly recommend staying here.

Views were incredible-even better than the pictures. We really loved the space and how walkable it is to restaurants and shops nearby. We only wish we had beach towels/chairs to enjoy the beautiful beach we had access to!

Sweet little sea cabin

This place was sweet with a nice beach view, comfortable bed, kitchen well stocked, updated and clean. I had a peaceful stay and spent a lot of time on the deck. I would rent again.

Birthday Concert Getaway

Wonderful couple of days hanging out on the ocean with close proximity to great restaurants and live music venues. Property is small and tidy. Perfect for a couple. Very comfortable bed!!

Perfect location for beach vacation

We loved everything about this sea cabin! Third floor is a lot of stairs but the view makes it worthwhile. Bring your own beach towels. Grocery, liquor store and and butcher shop are within walking distance.

Perfect Place

We really enjoyed our quick getaway. My husband and I come to IOP each year after Mother’s Day and this was our favorite condo so far. We will definitely be booking it from here on out. The location is perfect for walking to the shops and restaurants. The condo is clean and well furnished. We can’t wait to come back!

Ocean front

Loved our stay at the villa, and the proximity to the beach. Beautiful views, and nice to have a private fishing pier and gated access to the beach. The downside is the space of the unit itself, it’s tight, but doable. Family of 4

Cute cottage and excellent location!

This cute cottage has all the amenities you need. The queen size bedroom is a bit small with only one small bureau. TV in bedroom is nice to have. There’s only one mirror, the bathroom vanity one. Great shower! Fantastic view of ocean; patio needs updated furniture. Overall, a great place!
