The kitchen offers stainless-steel appliances, stunning quartz countertops, and custom cabinetry, delivering both functionality and a sleek contemporary feel.

Coffee lovers will appreciate the option of both a traditional drip coffee maker and a Keurig that can brew with K-Cups or ground coffee, perfect for any preference. Such a great little rental!

We had a great time staying at Sea Cabins! Everything we needed (me, my husband and our sons - 6 and 9). The boys loved the bunk beds! Clean, affordable and steps from the beach and everything IOP has to offer! Will definitely be back!

Cute Place

Very clean, cute little place. Accurately described. Great location to walk to shops and the beach. The complex itself is in need of some renovations and the public beach access is right next to the complex so the beach there does get very crowded. Our place was perfect for a 4 night stay but we definitely couldn't stay longer with the size. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Overall a good stay in Folly

This property was clean and highly convenient. The one real issue is the beds in this unit need replacing. Do not plan on sleeping on the pullout couch. Outside of sleeping issues, very satisfied with our stay.

Perfect location! I loved being right on the beach. The condo was cozy and clean. Beach access, parking, pier access! Wonderful amenities. The only issue was noise. Walls are thin and there was work being done in the unit above. Thankfully, no noise issues at bedtime!

However, the bed was extremely uncomfortable making it difficult to get a good night’s rest. The bathroom is in need of major repair. The paint is peeling, walls are cracked, the door knob is unusable from the bedroom side, the toliet squeals, the floor is coming up and the shower head can't be moved without messing the wall up further. I most likely would not return to this particular cabin but I would rent with Island Realty and I would try another sea cabin.

Reviewer Comments: The check in experience was easy and they were great about giving us a parking pass and pool code before we were able to get into the condo. The location is perfect and the condo was the perfect size for our family of four. The condo does need some maintenance. There was no toilet paper roll holder. The drywall in the bathroom was cracked pretty badly. The bunkbeds could use a ladder and rail along the top bunk for safety issues. We only had sheets for the pull out sofa, not the bunk beds.

Had problems with door, was locked out for 1-1/2 to 2 hours waiting for someone to let us in, ice maker wasn’t working, no WiFi for a couple of days and it took multiple calls to get towels. Not an ideal situation for time away. Not somewhere I would recommend without caveats. The location is great. Restaurants and shops are walking distance. I was not impressed with the condo or Island Realty. I’ve used Island Realty in the past, but this is the first time I’ve actually needed any problems resolved.
