The Neighborhood:

Just northeast of Charleston, Isle of Palms is a barrier island where wide Atlantic beaches meet the easy rhythm of Lowcountry life. Walk to the sand, grab a bite at Front Beach, play a round at Wild Dunes, or head downtown to historic Charleston a short drive away. It's easy to settle into and slow to leave.

✹ Pets are NOT Allowed. As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home, we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.



✹ Noise Notice:

This home features separate upstairs and downstairs units; vertical noise transfer might happen.



✹ Please be advised that:

A local noise ordinance is in effect in Isle of Palms from approximately 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM, with stricter enforcement during nighttime hours.

Guests must be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours, both indoors and outdoors.

We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are typical of a shared residential area and coastal community setting.

Host was super communicative, accommodating, and helpful! Offered us early check in, late checkout, and was very friendly to our requests. The location was remarkable - right off the beach, easy walk to Isle of palm restaurants and shops. Short ride to downtown Charleston, Sullivan island, and Mt. Pleasant. Great stay. We had the best time and the space was perfect for my family. Everything was neat and clean. Perfect location and quick walk to the beach. Easy communication with the renter. The only negative is the noise and footsteps above you. We were not that bothered by it but some people may be. My teenager was not so happy being woke early by the little toddler(s) running around super early.. haha. They did go to bed early so it didn't interfere with us falling asleep. We would stay here again for sure!!

Great place - be mindful it’s a split unit

The unit is very nice, clean, and well furnished. It is a split unit house with a rental on the 2nd floor which can cause noise from above. Will depend on who rents the upstairs when you are there but we got woke up at 5:30 in the morning with people walking around that is impossible to not notice.

We just returned from a very nice 4-night stay in the Beach Bungalow - Lower Unit. The living area is fairly spacious, but we found the bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom to be a bit on the small side (the refrigerator was also very small). The outdoor seating area and the back yard was shaded and very nice. The A/C kept us cool, and the unit was well stocked with dishware, towels, and toiletries. The location was wonderful - just 2 houses away from the crossover to the beach access (and this area of beach is very open and uncrowded). We walked to the heart of Isle of Palms, and it wasn't far at all. We had a quiet group as our upstairs neighbors, but even so, please know that there is not a lot of sound insulation between floors. You will know when someone walks across the floor above you. We washed 4 beach towels, and we had to run the dryer 3 times to get them dry. There was also a glitch with the Sling TV on one day of our visit...it was very slow to load and the picture kept freezing due to a bad signal. There was great communication from the management company, and it was easy to access the unit from the front parking spot. Overall, I think this would be a perfect rental for a family with young children.
