DETAILS: "Sunshine Place" is setup perfectly for privacy and convenience. The owners of this wonderful property called Sunshine Place are willing to share a portion of their piece of Paradise with you. The ground level living area of this home is perfect for one or two people who treasure the tropical atmosphere offered here in The Florida Keys. There's an efficient little kitchen stocked with everything you need for meal preparation and dining (pots, pans, dishes, flatware, glasses, etc.); a snack bar; and a formal dining area overlooking the water. Large sliding doors open to a patio area with a BBQ grill and lounge chairs. The living area offers comfortable furnishings to watch your favorite shows on the large flat screen TV. This enclave of tropical bliss offers ocean views and lush landscaping. It was completely remodeled in 2011 and is a short walk to boat rentals, Holiday Isle, Pelican Cover Resort and Theater of the Sea. The bedding for this unit is one King in the master suite. This property is professionally managed by Keys Holiday Rentals.

The place is great. Everything is very nice and well kept. Our only complaint is the very uncomfortable living room furniture. We will be back if a nice reclining couch and chair replace the current furniture. If not we would have to stay elsewhere.

Beautiful Sunrises, Beautiful property. Liked how it was centered in downtown islamorada. Plenty of things to do within walking distance. Dock is tiny. House was small and meet the very basic needs. (which is ok).
