Your front desk staff, Nosipho and Nomvelo are friendly, courteous, and professional. These ladies assisted me with a variety of questions; my being unaquainted with the Keys. Wedding day was hectic. My wife and I were late. They secured our luggage and directed us to the restrooms inorder to change into our wedding attire. This hotel is exceptional with clean and comfortable room. We will be back. Thank you.

The room had a nauseating musty smell. When I asked the girl at the desk why it smelled so nice in the lobby but terrible in my room she said they had air fresheners in the lobby. The second day I had another employee come into my room and she smelled it right away. She changed our room and said the girl the day before was supposed to change our room the day before. When we asked for a manager I was told she comes in at 11:00 and she would call us. Well no phone call.

I would give this hotel one the highest ratings for my most recent stays in the area. The views were spectacular. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very very minor thing was the condition of the furniture and electrical sockets weren't the best quality but I just loved everything else so much that it would not deter me from returning.

The room lighting where the beds were was soo low it’s hard to see, the shower water pressure was so low it was hard to shower and I kept hitting the shower with my back. The hallways smelled like dirty dish rags, and the couch was very uncomfortable. Also we didn’t get our trash taken out for 3 days

Pool was closed as soon as we got there the entire stay. No water in lobby. Fire pits did not work. Restaurant was closed and no food at the tiki bar until 11am. The breakfast they offered was sliced stale bread and coffee. Staff was very nice but would not stay again

Was super excited for our stay here as it came highly recommended and was looking forward to the all in one resort feel. Especially with our 2 little girls. The POOL was closed with no prior notification The RESTAURANT was closed with no prior notification. The Fire Pits were inoperable. A total mess and NOT WITH THE $500 I paid for one night. False advertisement at its best.

We arrived early and understood our room was not ready. The staff at the desk was lovely and rechecked us in and said they would call when the room was ready. At 350 I stopped at the desk and was told the room wasn’t ready but should be shortly At 5 I went back to the desk and was told the room was still not ready. I felt this was unacceptable and told them that and then the room was ready- long day
