The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The rooms are very comfortable and well-appointed. Unfortunately, the hotel appeared under-staffed and service was terribly slow. The lack of top tier guest services was off-putting.

The staff, without exception, were delightful - charming and helpful. Facilities were very good, the pool and beach were lovely but it would have been nice to have a few more Watersport options.Overall the food was very good - especially from the food truck and the pool bar ... but it is a shame that the menu in both main restaurants does not change at all. Also surprising was the fact that the steak menu was an extra charge ... and finally, that a bottle of quite ordinary wine was incredibly expensive

The room was spotless. the bed fresh and soft!!! THe staff amazing!!!! So attentive. If i ever got back it would just be for the staff the locals were very rude but the best past of my stay was just the hotel staff it really save my trip. I would absolutely recommend this place to stay in Isla Mujeres.

Everything was almost perfect for adults wanting to RELAX no activities no load music plenty of chairs by pool and beach beach small but big enough since resort was practically empty my biggest complaint was lack of food choices they only have 2 restaurants open for lunch and dinner with the same menu every day we stayed 6 nights and were disappointed
