I totally recommend the place 300% approved. Very nice and clean. 1 minute walking yo the beach. Was amazing. I will definitely stay here again. And an A to the owner. Always checking on us. Love the stay.

Overall, this place did get the job done - we had somewhere to stay while coming to PR to provide spay/neuter for island animals over a week. There were multiple things that were not ideal - no towels in one bathroom, no bathmat, and no washcloths; dirty toaster, dishwasher, etc.; icemaker working very slowly and fridge falling apart; stove blinking some error code; mold in the shower; sink faucet that was frozen in place; sagging shelf in the kitchen that looked as if it were going to break. Those things were not really a huge problem. What was a major issue was the lack of air conditioning in a bedroom from day 1 that forced one of our team members to sleep in another unit (we rented a lovely unit upstairs from this one, thankfully). Nina did try to correct the issue, but honestly, it should have been corrected before we got there since it was obviously not working. Another big issue was the lack of hot water. To shower with hot or even warm water, we had to go to our colleagues' unit upstairs. I asked for a 1/3 refund since we could only use the unit at 2/3 capacity, but Nina refused and lied to Vrbo, saying that there were 6 of us staying in the unit. I assume she saw the group (of 7 actually) having a meeting one day for an hour when she monitored us with the ring camera. I have to say that it was a little creepy. Anyway, the location was good and thank God we had people staying in another unit. We were working long days and spayed/neutered 324 animals on our trip! :)

Our Stay at Isabela's Paradise Island Condo

We loved it! The owner of the condo was communicative and amazing. She guided us on practically everything from beginning to end. We were hit with Hurricane Ernesto and she checked up on us to make sure we were alright. Loved the gated community with Security to ensure our privacy and safety. Had our own parking spot was also great! The condo was clean, it also had plenty of towels for the showers including towels for the beach. It also had 3 beach chairs. My family Loved the whole experience and intend on returning to Puerto Rico at this condo. Thank you for the priceless experience!
