I make a reservation through expedia and confirmed with hotel. The staff said that expedia is not their agent and ask me expedia to refund my booking. Then i called and explained to expedia team my condition. But expedia team informed that the staff not being cooperative to solve this issue. They do nit want to give staff name to expedia team. This make expedia unable to refund my money. This is my last time
