Best hotel we stayed at during our 7 stop vacation. We would definitely recommend this - location was perfect, breakfast amazing, lots of charm, friendly staff and loved our room. Restaurant was really good as well.

Loved our stay here. Just wish we could’ve stayed longer. The location is excellent, lots of places within walking distance. And the continental breakfast is the best I’ve ever had. Plus, the size of the room was excellent for European standards.

This hotel is fantastic! The rooms were amazing and laid out perfectly. It is quaint and quiet. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent, and the best by far of any hotel I’ve ever been to. I highly recommend you choose this hotel. It’s right the old town and is walking distance from hundreds of restaurants and shops. The public transport bus and trolley stop is only a couple blocks away. We walked to the funicular and took the tram to the top of Nordkette.

Okay old town hotel

Entrance is not inviting- go through bar to get there. Came on a Sunday, so no staff at desk but bar person checked us in. Staff was friendly.Balcony looks onto an unappealing closed in area- good for smoking I guess. Is in old town, so that was nice since good access to many restaurants & shops, but No nearby parking.

The hotel is beautiful, and the city is beautiful, but what makes this hotel so nice is the staff. Every single staff member that we dealt with was wonderful, charming, and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel for the staff alone.

Not the cheapest place in the world to stay (or eat), but it is a fantastic location, right in the middle of the old town but still quiet. All the staff were lovely bar a rather surly waiter when we ate in the restaurant on our second evening.

Such a quaint hotel! The restaurant and bar areas are great. The free breakfast is superior!! The location was perfect and was very walkable. The only complaint being our room. We were on the 5th floor and it seemed like we were in the attic. Couldn’t see outside because the window was high. One thing about hotels is I LOVE a good view. This was lacking sadly.

Truly a fantastic place. It's located right in the heart of downtown, plenty of shops and food available within a short walkon distance. It's also a very clean, and well furnished hotel that was more than pleasant to stay at. If we come back to Innsbruck I can't forsee us staying anywhere else but here again.
